I bought a gazebo from them. Delivery and timing no problem. When unpacking gazebo, we realized some parts were rusty. They delived replacement after nearly a month. The parts delivered were rusty again and they were not new. From there nothing.Do not trust or buy from this company! I lost £360 as we have a faulty gazebo and the company have disappeared. No response from emails or phone calls.

This is one of those firms I believe that buy in seconds from good manufacturers, they can then sell on a cheap prices. Unfortunately the customer ends up with a reject item, hence them being non contactable after purchase. This happened to us, £1000 for garden furniture that arrived broken. They are very professional scammers. After your initial complaint they promise you a replacement or return, then after that nothing. Look on the web , they are very clever in hiding their identity. Even Companies House web site gives very little information. I managed to trace their ware house and it’s empty and up for rent.

Zero after sales service. They say office hours are from 8:30 til 5:30. They haven’t answered the phone once in the weeks we have been ringing and leaving voice messages. No response to any emails either after the initial complaint which got an immediate response saying they would swap the damaged chair. Great shame, the furniture is lovely but one chair arrived with bent leg, one cushion without a button and the umbrella will not tilt. It really shouldn’t be so difficult and stressful to contact someone to resolve the issue. Awaiting a response since delivery on August 20th

Great discount on Katie Blake garden furniture of high quality. Staff gave advice before purchase so as to ensure we ordered best fit for our needs. Kept informed about supply details with personal phone calls. Arranged delivery with unpacking, removal of waste etc - as in a wheelchair this was greatly appreciated, and at no cost.Very well done Alfresco.

Extremely disappointed at the issues regarding delivery of my order of balcony set. I phoned to enquire when the order was being delivered. I was advised that the order would not be delivered to the door of apartment even though there is a lift. Was advised it would be left in a pallet on the street. We are in our seventies and could not possibly physically lift the order to our apartment from the outside of the building. How crazy is this. Anything else I have ordered from companies since moving into our new build apartment has been carried out without any problems. I had to cancel the order because of this practice. All I can say is please change your carrier as you just lost one of many possible orders. So so disappointed.

ordered some cushions for my beer garden, had a little delay but was emailed about the issue and was happy to have been told. Quality and service were great, price was fair too. Would use again, thanks Rob

Disappointed with the lack of customer after sales support. Purchased a KatieBlake garden set. The parasol has now stopped working (crank mechanism for raising the parasol). Sent numerous emails only to be told the 10yr guarantee doesn't apply and if I read carefully the T&Cs i would find it's only 1 year. I then asked would they consider just as a gesture of good will to help I was again told to read the T&Cs. Will not be buying from KatieBlake again!

We ordered a rattan corner suite, 9 seat, with adjustable table. The item was delivered within 5 days. It was great quality, easy to assemble and as described. The item could have been delivered even earlier, however on one day we were out and on the second day there were issues with traffic but every time we rang for information,Kyle he was extremely helpful.

The Rattan furniture is good quality and well packed. Given 4 stars, as the welding of the aluminium structure of the table is not very tidy or straight; which the welders obviously needed to adjust on the opposite side of the frame. This made putting the table together more tricky, as when the welders had adjusted the frame on the opposite side to the side which was out of sink, they put a load of weld in the screw hole. Also, we understand if Alfresco garden furniture are a small company with few staff, but we needed to phone them for updates as there was no communication received from them. However, when we rang and spoke to Belle on several occasions, she was as transparent as she was able to be about the shipping delays. Also, we needed to repeat phone calls if the delayed ETA was delayed. When the product was shipped we did get a phonecall, and we were able to renegotiate a delivery date when our holiday was cancelled and they were able to deliver the items earlier. Also, when the shipment was due out for delivery, an email came just saying completion of our order; which was confusing as the whole payment had been already taken 3 months earlier. Also, if the company were able to give details of the shipping company, and there were a way of the customer tracking the delivery of our goods that would be so much easier and cut out the need for the customer to keep phoning them. We had a further delay, as the local delivery company forgot to load our furniture to go out with their deliveries. Fortunately, at the last minute, after I rang Belle again at Alfresco Garden furniture she was forthcoming with the name and phone number details of the delivery company, and at 5pm the local depot, get kindly, put our items in one of their vans and it was with us by 5.30pm the same day.

We ordered a sandringham corner sofa with fire pit Via Glencrest 13+ weeks ago. We were told it would be 6 weeks. Initially we gave them the benefit Of the doubt with delays however the Only updates given are when we chase. Finally told last week (after I phoned them) that it had arrived and would be delivered today. Have taken day off work to receive delivery. Have just called to check it’s Definitely coming to be told that it isn’t and will now be Thursday. So disappointed. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs

We purchased Katie Blake chairs from Glencrest. Delivery was delayed significantly but we were not advised. We had paid for “white glove” delivery and thought this included assembly but delivery guys advised that it did not and that they had had numerous similar complaints re GLENCREST. After complaining I was handed on to Jack who introduced himself as the GLENCREST chairman. He failed to see my point that other customers were also complaining about the delivery and, even though I was simply making my points in a civil manner he put the phone down on me , telling me I was an A***hole and that “he can’t stand people like me”. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. they have no concept of good customer service.

Very disappointed and cancelled my order. Delivery was expected within 7 working days. After much chasing was told it would not be in stock for 8 weeks!
Also communication very poor. Took 3 chaser e mails to find out.

I ordered teak cleaner. The price was the cheapest I found and I received delivery within 2-3 days.

When the product i ordered hadn't arrived after a week I rang them, they answered immediately, apologised for the delay and chased, it was dispatched the next day and arrived well packaged and safe. Great customer service experience, makes a nice change!

It is very annoying keep being asked to review my experience when we have not even had the furniture we ordered delivered yet ! 😘xx

Received my garden dining set today. Looks wonderful... can’t fault Alfresco Garden Furniture. I called initially to check stock, Delivery etc & was given no hard sell just good customer service. I gave a lot of thought about the dining set after speaking to one of the ladies in the office ... and then went ahead and bought the Milan Set. I must admit I called the office about 3 times with questions and each time was treated with great respect & customer service. Would definitely buy from them again if I need garden furniture.
