We tried to order 3 items online but repeatedly the order would not go through at that point.
I assumed that maybe the system was busy due to their sale.
I tried several times and even the next day but to no avail.

I reach out to Alewalds via email who asked for the items in question ( sent a screenshot). They said they'd look into it.
I assumed that that may be the last i would hear.
However I later got a reply that there was a problem with an item stopping the order going through. I was not left abandoned as I thought I would be , what with their big sale being on, but two alternatives were offered .
After a couple of emails back & and forth I ordered " manually" the items and they upheld the free delivery costs ( these things are no doubt a pain to do manually to get to the correct bottom line charge).
Two days later I received the goods.
I thank the the team at Alewalds for taking that extra care for a customer. Their prices were the best out there and their service was second to none.

Bra service och kunnig personal!

Beställde ett par shorts. Efter 5 dagar fick jag veta att de ej fanns i lager. Gick dock fortfarande att beställa. Företaget har ingen koll på lagersaldot på webbsidan, blandar ihop det med butiken och skyller på stölder när de kommer i trångmål. Usel och trist kunddialog där de inte vill anse att de gjort något fel.

Usel kundvård!! Köpte ett par skalbyxor för 4000sek som gick sönder efter 5 dagars skidåkning, flertal små hål på benens utsida. Gick tillbaka till Alewalds som hävdade att det är normalt och precis vad man kan förvänta sig när man handlar av Alewalds. Sista gången jag handlade på Alewalds och hoppas att detta inlägg innebär att några färre gör misstaget att gå till Alewalds.

Tyvärr inge kunniga på det som de säljer utan mest fokus på att sälja på en något dyrt. Kan inte svara på frågor, verkar väldigt stressade. Rekommenderas ej.
