Jay helped me pass my driving test first time with only two minors. Within half an hour of my first lesson we were straight onto the main road, wasting no time.

He adapts his teaching to the pace of his students learning, introducing mock driving tests and overtime increasing the length as driving improves. I found these so beneficial as it highlighted exactly what issues I had with my driving. When I would make the same mistakes over and over again, Jay would remain patient and persist until the issue was resolved.

My experience with Alert Driving School was delightful. Jay makes lessons enjoyable, and is motivated to create more skilled and safe drivers. I highly recommend choosing Alert to learn to drive, and cannot thank Jay enough for teaching me!

Jay is a very good driving driving teacher, he is always punctual and professional and helped me when I was nervous about driving. He allowed me to learn at my own pace and never made me feel pressured which significantly improved my confidence as a new driver. I passed my driving test on my first attempt because of Jay and he explained my mistakes in a simple and detailed way so I can improve on them

Highly recommend Alert Driving School. Jay is a very good instructor. Starting with 0 driving experience, Jay managed to teach me everything I needed to know in the first few lessons. He is patient, hard-working and adapts his teaching from student to student. Thanks to him I managed to pass my test first try.

I have worked with other driving instructors before however I have never felt as confident as I felt after my first lesson with Alert Driving School. By the end of the lesson I was able to hold a conversation whilst driving across roundabouts and confidentially increase and decrease my speed to ensure I was driving at a good pace to not disturb other drivers. It was a great first experience and I look forward to more lessons and doing my practical test soon!

Amazing experience, best instructor iv had and iv used around 5. Very good at explaining things and building your confidence. Highly recommended, the test was smooth the mock tests I had with navar were definately harder which made me more ready for my final exam.

My experience with alert driving school was awesome, they encouraged me to carry on going and don’t give up when I failed my test the first time , I had a lot of fun in lessons , I was always excited to have a driving lesson with them ,in all my lessons I was blasting music in the car with the windows down🤣

He has been nothing but supportive and encouraging when it comes to my driving lessons. Always told me that I can do it and I will definitely pass ! He made the lessons so so easy and comfortable for me that I would always be ready for our next driving lessons to come 🥰 thank you so much. I’m definitely going to miss our chats and laughter, there was never a dull moment😂 and you know what I’m talking about when I say that🤭 . You allowed me to play afrobeats in our lessons which made everything calm and relaxing . My experience with Alert Driving School was amazing! Jay is a brilliant instructor and makes you feel confident and comfortable when you’re learning. Today i passed my test with only 1 driving fault and honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jay he truly is unbelievable!. I would HIGHLY recommend doing your lessons with him if you’re serious about driving. He’s one of the BEST!

My experience with Alert Driving School has been amazing. Jay is an amazing instructor who was able to help me teach me all I needed to learn in under 10 hours. He is a great teacher who is honest, friendly and hard working. All of these factors helped me gain the confidence to pass my driving test and I could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Jay is an amazing driving instructor, I have no regrets learning with him at all. He is not like other driving instructors, he will advise you and tell you everything straight up, Jay will get to the point straight away. He makes you feel comfortable and confident, on my first lesson I was already driving on the main roads onto gear 4. As said before getting straight to point and does not waste any time. Jay also has an amazing music taste has his albums ready, the music helps with relaxing and not being overly anxious when driving. He marks down and keeps an eye out on all mistakes which he would then use to help improve on the issue. For example, he would do demos showing how to do it on my faults that I would have and by watching the demo it would help to improve. Jay does not see this as a job but he sees being a driving instructor an opportunity to help others to learn how to drive, you can see that he loves doing what he does and takes pride into his work. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a driving instructor, he is excellent at what he does.

Having passed recently with Alert Driving School, I can safely say they are not here to waste time. With all the tips, driving videos, explanations and visual demonstrations to make each lesson as time efficient and beneficial as possible, as well as the adaptability skills of the instructors, in particular Jay, to each student, it's bound to result in happy customers like me.

Literally Alert Driving School gave me so much confidence in my driving and made me feel so comfortable within such a sort time! if anyone was to ask me i would do it all over again with Alert Driving School just for the experience! I genuinely loved my time with you as an instructor. Alert Driving School taught me exactly what needed to me taught and no more or less which help me. All the videos, demos and questions helps me pass my test in just 3 months. The calmness of the instructor I think was also one of the key things as well, really helped me keep calm too!

I had my first driving lesson with Jay today and I’m so pleased with how well it went after having some bad experience with other instructors. I felt so comfortable and safe from start to finish. We covered main roads, roundabouts and side roads and he was so patient with me. I’ve learnt a lot from only one lesson and I’m so glad I came across Jay to be my driving instructor.
