The staff and assistant are excellent, and even compensated some classes for us. The teacher is always on time and if he is not avaliable he always kindly informs us in advance, and explain very clearly and always have material ready for studying.

They make sure you are comfortable with your classes and offer you a wide range of teachers and subjects to pick from, The teachers explain concepts thoroughly and make sure you understand it however when introduced students are promised past paper questions and in some of my classes there were not any available for my board. One of my teachers would join late every class, and the classes were not efficient, sometimes taking one hour to explain a concept without any proper study materials, just drawing on screens.
I feel like there were also a lot of connectivity issues from the teachers’ side and background noises. Online classes are not as effective as in person classes but MixTutors provided a great platform and schedule and it was easy to join classes, the teacher chat was also helpful. Overall it was an average experience because it was online. But the teachers are clear and helped me out with my problems. There is always help available, David helped me out.

I had Giselle as an english tutor for a few weeks, she taught me a lot with honest feedback and how to improve each answer. She marked my work fairly and gave me the correct feedback for me to keep improving across my lessons. I improved from a grade 4-5 to a grade 6-7 with her help.

I love how good the teachers where as they helped me with all my doubts but timings is what really caused problems since sometimes we have many cancelled lessons with no refunds or extra classes to make up for it.

Teachers here are kind and patient with their students . Teachers here help students improve their understanding and it has helped me alot

My son took physic and chemistry lessons for AS level. He has especially appreiated with physic lessons. You can reach administration every time in a day even if it is online. I think We will continue for next year for A level lessons.
