Second time purchase acoustic panels from british homes direct without any issue a bit long delivery but all good. Im planning to made a third purchase next year

Great communication
Great communication, The delivery driver called the night before to let me know when his estimated delivery time would be and asked me to send him a pin as my address is rural and hard to find.
Delivered earlier than anticipated which was fine as I was already up waiting for his call. The driver delivered into my garage. Lovely guy. I haven't opened the box as yet but as I ordered 5 The fifth one can be seen and looks perfect. I have left them flat on the garage floor to make sure they don't warp untill ready to fit.

Very cuffed with e service and panels
These took less than a week from ordering to delivery. I’m a single woman and at first was a bit worried when I ordered them I would struggle to install them. I had no reason to worry, they cut easily with a circular saw and loom absolutely brilliant. Very chuffed with the panels and the service.
