Delivery was within 7 days to Ireland and Trousers sets have a comfortable fit.

Eine Retoure wird nicht ohne weiteres akzeptiert. Es werden unseriöse Angebote gemacht und erst meine dritte Email wurde beantwortet. Der Rückerstattungsprozess ist undurchsichtig und es steht auch keine Adresse dafür zur Verfügung.

Nie wieder!

Took over two weeks to arrive. Was saying shipped the day after I ordered but still took two weeks. It said order the normal size you wear. I ordered two large shirts and they are the size of a small man's shirt. Tried on and almost ripped trying to get off. I gave them to my 11 year old 100lb son and they fit him great. He wears kids shirts and these large men shirts fit him just right. Lol I am a 5'9 195 lb male that always wears a large shirt. Not these shirts. You would have to be a very small man for these to fit. I would need a XXL in these to fit. Definitely not worth 53 bucks for 2 shirts either. Not going to deal with trying to return them and get my money back. I should have read the reviews first.

The products from this company are very cheap imports from China. They do not look and fit like those seen in the photos. The photos are of other high quality brands that have been sent to copy in cheap warehouses.

The company do not offer refunds, but will offer to send you additional new sizes if you pay an additional €15 shipping fee!! They will claim you cannot return due to their stack and save policy. All items are stack and save so effectively they are refusing to allow returns.

I’m taking measures to get my money back.

These trousers are incredibly comfortable to wear and the price is low compared eith the quality.

Bad luck and again wrong size delivered.......???????

After receiving the size M, which was too small, I accepted your generous offer and ordered a size L.

The order arrived today and was a huge disappointment. First of all, the size is wrong again – it's another size M.

Secondly, these pants don't look anywhere near as high quality as the first pair I received.

What is going wrong here?

Not even nicely packaged like the first delivery !!

Looks like the pants have been worn before and they where delivered completely crumpled with open buttons.

I love this brand, fast delivery easy to navigate what you want you want to look for and quality is amazing. My new 1st choice of clothing.

The size that I ordered turned out to be too small but after getting in touch with Alden & Ash they said they would send me the item out in the correct size without the need to return the wrong sized item. Highly recommended for their customer service alone. Products are great quality!

Honestly, the jeans fit like a glove. Not too tight, not too loose, just the right fit. I’ve worn them on nights out and even to work. They hold up great and still look fresh. Alden & Ash really nailed the fit.

Ordered lightweight chinos. The fit is perfect and the elasticity is exactly what I have been looking for. Not giving 5 stars because the material and stitching isn't the best but I would order them again in a different colour

Rarely do reviews but had to here. Ordered two pair chinos. Very nice fitting but very cheap material, hanging threads everywhere. After 2-3 wears/washes not fit to be wore again. Shipped from China, took a long time. Lot of comments on Facebook claiming fantastic quality, must be fake

Update 16th June
Contacted customer service showing the chinos poor quality, I was advised that my order has fallen outside of the refunds window so they offered my 15% off my next order. They wanted me to buy more. I have thrown two pair chinos 50 euro each in the bin. Don't waste your time or money.

Avoid - poor quality. No return or refunds. No replied - just spam and auto replies.

Avoid -avoid - avoid!

SCAM! Bleib lieber weg. Günstige Ware aus China. Es dauert ewig und kein Rückgabe. Ich habe mich bei Paypal bescwert. Bleib bitte weg!
