Avoid this company
Avoid this company! They are not based in London. I wanted to return my items as they were not suitable, only to be told I could have 20% off and keep or to exchange. If I wanted a full refund I needed to pay the shipping cost back to China. The items were substandard, it’s a scam.

A Gothic Gem
Becoming an ambassador for Alcotra was like stepping into a hidden world of Gothic enchantment. Their Ambassador Program is truly a gem in the fashion world.
I was offered a unique 30% discount code to share, and the 20% commission for every use of my code added an exciting twist to the journey. The 50% OFF + Free shipping on my first order was a delightful surprise.
What sets Alcotra apart is the genuine sense of community. They foster a space where Gothic enthusiasts can unite, embrace their uniqueness, and celebrate the allure of the shadows.
