Great service. Truthfully I didn’t realise it would take 2 weeks from start to finish that’s the only downfall. Maybe should pay for express next time .

I recently upgraded from an Elite 3 to an Excel.
The Elite was good but the Excel is superb. Easy / quick to use and can be updated via the internet.
It may seem expensive but it`s a very cheap driving licence. Worth every penny

Bought my unit a few years ago calibration was required and it was quick and essy to do !

Bought an Alcosense Pro about 3 years ago. Cost about £150. But, losing your licence would cost a lot more. Use it all the time the morning after to make sure I am fit to drive. The Pro gives a reading and how long until sober indication. Costs around £30 to have it calibrated every 12 months. Really easy process. Worth every penny.

My breathalyser was sent for recalibration and returned promptly. It was easy to book and pay for.

Spent over £200 on the Alcosense Ultra in 2023. I have always had it calibrated anually £39 including tax with no issues and have always received a plain white certificate of calibration. 2026 June no certificate so emailed and told i did not select certificate but can have one for £25. Surely paying for calibration entitles you to have proof of calibration.

Update, been in touch with customer service to find a resolution to my problem. Karl was very helpful and issue is now fully resolved. In the end it was more of a misunderstanding rather than an issue with the service.

We purchased the AlcoSense excel from Halfords at Penrith for private use. The breathalyser is very easy to set up and use and gives us peace of mind when holidaying and going to gigs knowing that we are safe to be behind the wheel of the car the morning after. The excel feels high quality, it is easy to use, and the intuitive setup makes for an unchallenging experience from the outset.

Nice small tester, do what it supposed to do, but it take a bit too long to check, warm up and clean after each turning on.

Had an lite 2 and upgraded to the pro. and must admit a lot better is easy to use, busy testing it now. gives me piece of mind for the next day.forget about the price just go for it.
