Terrible experience!
1. You order.
2. They never send, not even a minor update.
3. Order remains frozen until you leave a smashing comment under every post on IG (which is obviously auto-grown, having ~250k with just 11 posts). Then they swear as if they were about to send an item today or by tomorrow at the latest or make you a refund if you are so impatient (these are actually their words), even attach a screenshot of it being processed (whatever that means), feed you to wait another 24hours.
It has all clear signs of a fraud.
Why didn’t I come here to check their reputation in the first place?
Well, because they were promoted by means of a popular IG influencer.
Wish I could attach screenshots of us chatting. Will save them for competent authorities. Good luck everyone.

Terrible quality and total silence from customer services regarding refund! Had to resolve via Amex dispute.

I recently ordered what was supposed to be a cashmere jumper. Picture looked great and it was a great price. What I received was a 100% polyester jumper which even the cheapest knitwear store would be ashamed to sell. From numerous emails with the store they are insisting that the knitwear company had accidentally put a 100% polyester label inside by mistake and that it really is cashmere!!! They refused to give me a refund, instead offering 20% of the original price. In the end I took it and put it down to a bad experience I could do nothing about because this is a Chinese company, not Australian as stated in their ads.
If I could have given less than 1 star I would have, however my message is give this company a miss. It is a complete scam.

Order paid and confirmed. The items were not sent, and I have never been refunded. I have tried to contact multiple times by email and phone and they simply ignore my messages. Very disappointing and untrustworthy. Shame.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Albert Clothing Company is nothing more than a sham operation hiding behind slick marketing and influencer endorsements—who, by the way, should be ashamed of promoting such a dishonest business.

The website buries the fact that many of their products are supposedly "Custom Made" in the fine print. And guess what? These "custom" items magically ship out the next day, making cancellation impossible. When I immediately realised what had happened, I reached out via email, website claims, and even their so-called "Returns Centre" process. Silence. No response, no acknowledgement—just pure negligence. I called their listed headquarters in London multiple times, but shocker—they didn’t pick up.

This company is so lazy and careless that they can’t even be bothered to respond to PayPal, their own financial partner. Thankfully, PayPal stepped in and resolved the issue in my favour, proving yet again why it’s essential to use a trusted payment provider. To anyone dealing with the same mess: don’t waste your time waiting for them to respond. File a claim with your payment provider or take them to court. This kind of shady business practice needs to be called out.

Avoid this scam of a company at all costs.

I placed an order on January 16, 2025, and paid €250. The website indicated that shipping would be within a reasonable timeframe, but after more than two months, I still haven’t received my items.

The seller claimed to have shipped my order on February 28, 2025, but the tracking number doesn’t work. I requested a cancellation and refund multiple times, but they ignored my requests and are now refusing to issue a refund.

What’s even more frustrating is that they are now selling the same items at a much lower price. While I paid full price and have been waiting for months, new customers can apparently buy the same products for less. Whether they are actually receiving their orders or not is unclear, but this kind of pricing and customer treatment is completely unacceptable.

I have already filed a chargeback with my bank and reported this company to Citizens Advice UK and Econsumer.gov. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Skeptical about ordering but received my order fast and I must say the quality is unmatched

Absolutely scam artists. Just keep delaying saying they will send the order..never ship it or send tracking.

Their photos are lies. Terrible quality, inconsistent fit. As you can read from the other reviews, they hide the claim that they are ‘made to order’ and therefore not returnable. Having said this, I once bought a nice pair of trousers from them, years ago. They seem to have changed into a scam.

Order an overcoat for winter. One month after order date garment has not shipped. I have sent serval emails asking for updates, no reply. I have requested the order be cancelled, no reply. I have requested my money be returned since they are outside their promised delivery window of 21 days, no reply. I will have to dispute this order with my credit card company if I want my money back. Don't waste your time with this social media scam brand.

Just horrible. Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dispatch time advertised was 14 days, ended up being 6 weeks. The seller agreed to a partial refund as compensation, however it has been over a month now and this is still not processed. They say they will process a refund within 4 days, however they do not do so. Then they falsely alter the PayPal dispute so I now have to send the entire order back in order to receive my partial refund - just a horrendous company that tries to take as much money off you as possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, read the other reviews!

Terrible customer service and very poor clothing quality. Their return policy is a complete joke, making it nearly impossible to get a refund.

Should’ve reviewed trust pilot before purchasing an item. Do not use this company as you will never get your order or your money back. Bad customer service and a poor way for a small business to be run. Shame on you!

this a fake company. item was packed in a trash bag. cost if item above 600eur. they dont retern money. no reply on emails, nothing.i will take legal steps against this ´company`.

I have placed an order and waiting for the past 30 days. Still not shipped and no update at all. This company is a scam, do not buy from them.

Tried these guys twice now and should have learned the first time.
Looks great in photos as you can see on their Instagram but the quality of fabrics is genuinely below primark. As well as poor finishing / construction on the items themselves.
The knit I have says it’s a cashmere blend but I’ve never known an itchy cashmere and poorly stitched. I’ve also got a pair of Ghurka trousers which are unwearably itchy.
Heavily reduced they may look okay but feel budget and will sit at the bottom of your closet due to discomfort compared to other suit trousers and knits

Delivery incredibly slow, not the 1-3 days to dispatch advertised - this has been the case on two occasions now

Nothing short of theft! I bought a pair of trousers due to be delivered in 4 days in AUGUST. Here we are mid October, still no delivery. And after countless emails requesting any information or a refund that went without replies, I’m now certain this brand is a scam.
