This is a spam. I never recieved my order, they make it look professional. Copying other webshops to make it look identical. Even tracking of the package for a month looks real. Customer service does not reply to emails.

Bought during their sample sale

Mauvaises indications de mesures dans le size chart. Le blazer arrive plus petit qu'annoncé. Ne financent pas le retour et ne propose pas de remboursement, seulement un pauvre avoir de £30 qui ne permet de rien acheter sur leur site, sans compter les frais de douanes et de livraisons. Service client et qualité désastreux.

The company obviously doesn't mention that UPS will add custom fares on top of the bill: items do not look like the pictures: the army ivory shirt has white buttons on the website - they are in fact black brown. And the coat, above a 500pounds price tag, is delivered with an unsawn pocket. Very amateurish, definitely a do-not buy

I was sceptical about ordering from this company as I read a lot of negative reviews on here. I ordered a cricket sweater around Christmas. It arrived very quickly, beautifully wrapped, and was exactly as advertised. It’s beautifully made and I’m very impressed with the entire process. I very rarely leave reviews but I thought I should share my positive experience.

Avoid.
Total scam site. Ordered 2w ago, got the confirmation email but nothing since.
Put the order numbers into the site and says no such order - but the money's gone out of my account.
Have followed up on email etc. Nothing.
I blooming hate insta shops like this that are nothing but cheap knock off THEIVES!

I have been with Albert Clothing since years. They’re my first place to look for whenever I need formal clothing. And trust me when is say this they have solved every problem I ever faced with my orders. I’m about to place another order very soon.

I requested a return for items that weren’t the quality I expected but the seller just doesn’t accept returns.
They won’t reply.

This is completely unlawful in Europe and any shop now provides courtesy to buyers to return or exchange products if necessary.

One of my worst shopping experiences online

Thank you for the kind offer. Although I attempted to get a refund on my original and have been hanging onto credit for almost a year. So strange I would be offered this now. Despite writing so many times.

I’ve already spent money fixing the trousers somehow not bother sending them back.

I’d rather not deal with Albert clothing ever again. Reading the reviews this seems to be shared by many customers.

Shocking. Service, quality and experience.
I would recommend for all to stay away.

I ordered a coat on the 13th of November. 6 days later I had not gotten a shipment mail yet. After contacting them I got no response. I then had to write them again where I was told it would be prioritized. 14 days later I had to write them again as I had heard NOTHING. I by then was so tired of them that I wanted to cancel the order. THEN they reacted with a gift card for 50 £ ON A FUTURE PURCHASE - useless considering the customer service. Then told change of delivery to 14-21 days and they garantereeed me shipment the following week. That was/is this week (5th of December). So far I have written them 3 times this week to get them to confirm their guarantee. NO RESPONSE.
No I just want a full refund and take my 500£ purchase somewhere else (if I can even get a hold of them). What a scam company.

Update 12 dec
I have now gotten a nonsense response offering me a further 25% discount with no timeline. When asked about that they said they expected shipment today 12 dec but that has not happened. I asked them in a mail during this week to confirm express shipment so I have it before Xmas and to confirm the 25% refund - NO RESPONSE. I cannot in any way shape or form recommend anyone to shop at this store. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

True we have been in communication - WHENEVER I HAVE REACHED and then I have gotten short responses that I have had more questions to. Those you have yet to respond to. Fair enough you have unforeseen delays - but what is NOT ok is making two promises on shipment which YOU HAVE NOT MET. On top of that I have had to make several outreaches and follow ups which you have yet to respond to. Right now I have sent you 2 mails as a follow up to a mail you sent last week in which you promised shipment on Friday. So your response here does not accurately describe the timeline nor situation which Ivan document.
You take the time to respond here but not my emails. That almost makes the whole situation worse cause you want to appear as something which you cannot live up to. Customer service just got worse 🤮

I’ve been ordering from Albert for the last 5 years and I have never been disappointed. The quality and attention detail is hard to find for Ready To Wear. Equally, the communication and postage has never let me down. Highly recommend!

I bought the Albert Cricket sweater and I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s super comfy, great quality and the fit is perfect. The vintage sporty look with the stripes is such a nice touch. Looks good with smart pants or over a shirt. The process from purchase to delivery was very smooth also. Will definitely purchase more pieces from the new collection!
