sorry, but I have 3 local vendors that will monitor cellular or LTE with mobile app for less then $18..

Service has been great. Response to alarms is as fast as the previous 3 letter company I was with and I am paying 1/4 the rate. I recently had issues with my phone line a Alarm Relay helped get me setup with WiFi based monitoring which is much faster and has more capability. I regularly recommend Alarm Relay to friends.

When the system was installed we took out the ADT system it took 2 months before ADT realized their system was offline.
2 days after the Alarm Relay system was installed I had to make a sensitivity adjustment, I got a call the second I adjusted the sensitivity for one of the sensors.

ADT just does not understand

They are the best company that I ever met.
I'm truly satisfied with them. They helped me get all set up with my super high tech alarm via the phone. I purchased everything through ebay that I didn't have. I was previously an alarm client with another company but I wanted to get super high tech. I had a competitor come over, I signed up with them, but I cancelled within three days. I was going to get garage door opening via the phone, turning on the alarm via the phone, turn on and off lights via the phone, unlock deadbolts via the phone and Alarm Relay did everything the other company offered and their price was much better. I got everything that a competitor was offering for less but I did everything myself and I am super handy. It did take awhile to get up because I needed to upgrade my panel, go wireless with a cell back up, get new key pads, everything my choice. No, I do not work there. Enjoy.

The cost of the monitoring is minimal compared to the other security companies. I have been recommending them to a lot of family and friends.

We have been very happy with there service when we had trouble with 1 station they even helped with fixing it. We have been with them for a few years.

Although they have no maintenance service to provide, the monitoring service is excellent.

Never had any issues with Alarm Relay. Installation was easy with the technician over the phone and the system worked flawlessly. Always responded quickly whenever I accidently would trigger the alarm which always gave me piece of mind if there was any unauthorized entry, they would be on top of it.
