Alarm Relay has reasonable prices for home security, and they always respond promptly when I've accidentally set off the alarm. I've recommended this company to friends.

Great service. They call me right away when I trigger my alarm by mistake and make sure I am ok.

Did not like working with this company. Canceled contract less than a year into service with them. Not easy to work with and alarm techs could not get my system to work with my VOIP.

Refused to refund the rest of my money based on balance of unused contract.

I have 4 services with them, including and attached medical alarm for my Elderly Father, when an alarm goes off we are contacted almost instantaneously. They are also patient and helpful in DIY installations. Use them, no questions asked.

I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8 years and they are definitely great on cost. Especially great if you already have the equipment already installed and you want to transition from the hefty cost of providers like ADT. They also have great service, they will help via phone with many technical issues that you have with your system or refer you to a local contact if necessary. Down side if you need to install a system.

I love Alarm Relay’s response time and service when they verify a signal received. Whether the signal was intentional, accidental, or equipment problems the speed of response and composed service always comforts me in knowing I have a great team protecting my family.

We have ADT equipment, but were tired of paying almost $50 a month for monitoring. We googled monitoring companies and Alarm Relay popped up, so we gave them a call. They walked us through the reprogramming of our equipment so they would be able to monitor it instead of ADT. We now pay less than $10 a month for BETTER service. If I accidentally set my alarm off and reset it, ADT never bothers to call, but Alarm Relay calls every time. I really appreciate that! We are very satisfied with them and would highly recommend them!

Alarm Relay does a good job of monitoring (we've actually had 2 situations where they had to call the police, and did so)....They're prices are reasonable, and they're easy to work with....

Great price, great service! My alarm was compatible with their service and although I had to do a little work to set it up with the technicians I'm glad I did. My alarm goes off they call right away and if we don't answer they call the police. I've had several different major services and this is by far my favorite.

I was happy with my service until I called with an issue with my key pad. When I called with an issue with my keypad and system I was transferred to service and was prompted to leave a message. Some one called back an hour later to assist. If I was experiencing an emergency I would have been in trouble because of the response time.

They were very helpful in getting the system up and running and after that, were there when I needed them. Good support. System worked fine.

Have had no problems with their monitoring service.
