Alamanah Travel UK Recensioni

Amazing experience with Al Amanah Travel for our recent umrah. A special thank you to brother Farhan Khalid who stayed with us from start to finish keeping us updated and stayed patient with us with all our questions and worries, making everything stress free and easy. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Al Amaanah Travel enough for organising our Umrah trip. Everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish, which allowed us to focus on the most important part of the journey — our Umrah.

A special thank you to Afzal, who genuinely went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. He was always available whenever we needed help, extremely helpful and reassuring, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He made sure everything was taken care of and really gave us that extra level of support and peace of mind while we were away.

You can tell that Afzal genuinely cares about the people he books for rather than treating you like just another customer. I’m so grateful for everything he did to make such a special and meaningful trip even more memorable.

JazakAllah Khair to Afzal and the whole Al Amaanah Travel team. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to book Umrah and would definitely book with them again in the future, InshaAllah. 🤍🕋

Alhamdulillah I have just got back from my Umrah, booked with Ikram from Alamanah. It was one of the greatest experience I've ever had, one which was made so much easier through booking with Alamanah. I stayed at the Swissotel Makam in Makkah, it was a great location to The Haram and at Saja Warwick.in Medina. Ikram communicated with me through my journey whilst in Umrah making sure everything was OK and going smoothly.
When I first landed in Jeddah, I couldn't get through to my transfer to Makkah, Ikram was at hand to contact the transfer driver and assured I was in Makkah in no time.
Inshallah I look forward to booking with Alamanah in the future.

Medium service...

Very good customer service, Ikram gave me quick quotations

Amazing experience. Friendly yet professional. Very helpful. Afzal Shah was the representative.

Because this company failed to honour its commitments, we have issued a formal letter before action under the civil procedure rules. Potential customers should exercise caution when dealing with this company.

I called this company several times about their Umrah packages and received conflicting quotes. Communication was difficult due to language barriers. I would advise asking for proof of company registration, as I was given a different company name and told it was the parent company. Please proceed with caution.
