I've ordered twice now from AJVOYAGE and both times the shoes have been amazing quality and absolutely gorgeous aswell as arriving fast. I ordered boots the first time and a stunning pair of sandals on the 2/05/23 and relieved them 3 days later.

No longevity in the quality.
I purchased 5 pairs of sandals from them altogether and only 2 are surviving one year later after only a handful of wears.
On 3 pairs either the sole split, buckles just fell apart or straps popped from where they were attached to.
Really crappy quality.

Love these shoes, very comfortable and reasonable price. Great customer service, have always replied to emails promptly.

Order comes really fast, like 2 days max. Good quality, fashionable, I always get compliments and people asking me where I got them from 😎 definitely recommend!

The sandals my daughter got were very comfortable and she wears them all the time, she finds them go with nearly every outfit.

Followed return procedure for 2 pairs of shoes, they received the return but didn’t refund my money. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and had to end up with raising a dispute through PayPal to get my money back
This return was for a pair of boots and a pair of sandals and were returned 17/05 via royal mail, you received the return on 19/5

Bought a pair of sandals last summer. Wore around 5 times then the sole cracked and broke in half. Terrible quality. I've never had a pair of shoes do this.

Ordered a pair of sandals, the straps were way too big for my feet so i spoke to customer service about having this issue and agreed to return them.

Was refunded the cost of the sandal. Their return conditions state you can have original postage costs refunded if youve had an issue which i did. Not good enough, refuse to refund.

Consumer rights i returned a whole order, which means original postage costs should be refunded. Refuse to do so.

Might be a minor cost, but when its money im entitled to be refunded and they refuse is not okay

So pleased with my purchase. The sandals are well made, sturdy and super comfortable. I am always abit unsure on sizing, as I have wide feet, and wide fit was not on option. I am a size 5 so ordered size 5 and they fit perfectly with extra room for comfort. Really quick delivery!

Sizing is off!! I am a size 4 & can fit into many size 3shoes but theses sandals are really small. Toe hangs over the edge. So I would defo size up. Don’t want to give the company a bad name as sandals arrived quickly & was kept up to date with order. Altho not made of great quality so do feel they are slightly over priced for what you get. I did leave a review & pic on webpage but not published as of yet 😕

Bought a pair of chunky boots in November 2022 and noticed today that they have suddenly got a huge crack in the sole! Not what I'd expect after only a few months of wear. Really disappointed.

Sole of my shoes completely fell apart after a few wears and the company were not interested because they were bought over 6 months ago. Have also read other reviews about this happening and I’m sure they will continue to ignore the problem

Got my order this week and I’m very pleased with my new sandals ready for the summer. Ordering was easy, email confirmation received, dispatch email also received and delivery via Royal Mail inside 3 working days of placing the order. Will use again. Thanks!

I keep getting ads for this website everywhere and it’s made me remember the absolute NIGHTMARE that I experienced with ordering clothes from them a while back. I made a big order and it never showed up, no customer service but a silly little email that they NEVER reply to. So that was money down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

bought a pair of boots when arrived i tried them on in my house to see if the shoes would fit like anyone else would do, the shoes were not as expected and didn't fit right, therefore returned the shoes in the time frame needed but was given really appalling customer services, I was told the boots had been worn and due to a little bit of dirt on the bottom which could of been easy wiped off could be refunded, even though the sticker and the bottom of the shoes wasn't damaged or dirty and clearly hadn't been walked on. A company who takes your money and don't provide you with the service stated on their website, I would avoid this company at all cost, over price and very poor quality in that case. do not issue refunds and are money grabbers

will not be buying from them again

Really dodgy company, orders have never arrived and I’m repeatedly told they “don’t offer refunds”
Avoid like the plague

I bought a pair of sandals last July and within one wear the strap broke. These were not cheap sandals, so I messaged, tweeted, emailed the company, and still have no reply! Poor customer service!
