Avoid this company. I ordered some sandals, which were of poor quality and too small so I returned them. Be warned they only have a 14 day returns policy which I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately I returned after 14 days because I went on holiday for 10 days. I’ve explained this to them but they won’t give me a refund. Only a credit note which I’m not going to use because their products are overpriced and poor quality.

Don’t buy. Look great but sole splits in two after a while. Cannot use when driving as pressure caused a split in two pairs of these. Contacted company and received no reply. They were not interested. Other companies make similar sandals and perhaps have better after care!

Love these shoes, I’m a wide fit and they fit perfectly. True to size.
So comfy and look great with everything.

I bought a pair of chunky soled sandals last summer and they have been a brilliant addition to my wardrobe. So easy to wear and great for so many looks. Loved them so much I purchased a similar pair this year. Easy to use website and delivery was on time.

Great delivery and service

I ordered sandals last year & absolutely loved them- super comfy & light, even with the chunky sole. Sadly after a summer of nearly daily use, the sole completely split in two, so I purchased a replacement pair (same style) this year. Same comfort but sadly the sole has cracked again, only a couple of months in. They're still fine to wear currently, but this is the reason for knocking a star off.
Other than that I get so many compliments from strangers on these sandals & asking where I bought them, it's kind of funny! The ordering & delivery was great again & I really love the range & fact most are vegan friendly 🙂.

Seen advert for sandals on Facebook. I normally go for designer but didn’t have the funds so thought I would give them a bash. Delivery was fast, size perfect, very comfy and no breaking in required. I wore them every single day all day on a two week holiday. Perfect for dressing up and down. Would certainly buy again and my mum has already bought a pair for herself. 5 stars

Ordered sandels next day, didn't arrive for 4 days, when arrived they were faulty.Replacement pair ordered next day due to event.Contacted company to arrange return, numerous emails later they finally provided the returns label, sent back for full refund.Company then sent replacement pair in error, contacted and they arrangeda collection date, courier didn't turn up.Still with holding my refund even when the multitude of errors were made by the company, they haven't arranged another collection attempt, will not escalate as a complaint or refer to a manager, appalling company, do not order.

J'ai passé commande pour des sandales mais une fois arrivées elles étaient trop grandes et faisait vraiment cheap (odeur très forte de plastique). J'ai demandé à la marque pour faire un retour sauf que les frais de retour sont à ma charge et s'élèvent à minimum 30€ soit le prix des chaussures. 🤡
La marque ne veut faire aucun compromis et me partager une étiquette de retour pour limiter les frais. C'est inadmissible.
Je ne recommande en aucun cas cette marque où le service client est minable, ne sait faire aucune concession et surtout vu la qualité des chaussures vous pouvez, malheureusement, trouver les mêmes sur d'autres concurrents à même pas 10€.

Taken my money and I have not received my item ordered on the 16/07 and now they are ignoring my requests to make a complaint and to get a refund

Just a warning to others about these sandals!! (DELTA CHUNKY BUCKLE GLADIATOR SANDALS)

After only wearing these sandals twice, they gave me horrific lower back pain, lasting for days to the point I had to miss days off work.

I’ve never experienced/had any problems from any shoes in the past and could not pin point this pain to any other event or activity.

The soles have no bend whilst walking, almost like walking with two planks attached to my feet.

I’m very disappointed as they’re such beautiful shoes.

Also disappointing is the lack of care or interest I received from customer service, conversation instantly shut down! Thanks very much..

I ordered from this company for the first time. I have received no order confirmation or anything. Payment has been taken from my bank and I have sent 3 emails. Still I have heard nothing.

I ordered from this company last year with no issues however since April I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes all had to be returned due to them being faulted. One pair was resent by the company which have now got a total split sole items have not even lasted 10 weeks. So 4 pairs of sandals all having to be returned because of faults, keep your money and shop elsewhere.

Sent wrong size, doesn’t reply to emails. Still waiting for correct item or refund.
