My first contact was with Dan. A lovely gentlemen who really invested time in trying to understand what I was looking for. After the conversations Dan then introduced me to Adam and I worked with both of them all the way to getting the offer from my now employer. Both Dan and Adam would have discussions with me before interviews to just give me more details into the firm and the role. Further they would also check up with me after the interviews to understand how the process went.

What really pleased me was that the 2 actually took time to understand what I was looking for in my next role so they only came to me with opportunities that really met my needs thus narrowing the search for me as well. Also they are supportive throughout the whole process.
