Car was damaged at the airport parking sent emails to this company and did not receive any reply’s so no customer service

Unprofessional company!!!!!! Avoid at all cost!
Received my car yesterday, my car is brand new brought last month, they returned in a shocking state! Mud all inside the car! Ruined my new car mats! Got a pathetic email saying the weather conditions are bad hence mud in the car! What nonsense!

In response to your stupid reply, I did not refuse the “free valet service” you said when I book my next holiday then you will give my car a free valet! After the state my car was given to me do you think I’d return to your company??!! That will never happen!!!! And that is what I said in the email to you!!!!!! You are an unprofessional company! I believe my car was also now scratched too as I checked it in the daylight two days later however you don’t take accountability for anything therefore didn’t even bother raising this issue with you!

No problem with car drop off, but return pick up was a bad experience. Car was there when I returned to car park and all appeared to be ok. However when I went to pay at machine to exit car park I had to pay over £9. I wasn’t expecting to pay that much as my car should not have been parked for more than 10 minutes as I’d rung them when we’d picked up our bags, which should have meant my car being brought back to the car park at that time.

A few days later I received a letter containing a £100 fine for my car being left in the car park on the day I dropped it off, and then after another few days I received another letter containing a fine for £100 for the day I picked my car back up. Although both fines were cancelled after I rang to complain it wasn’t a good way to finish off my holiday.

I dropped off my car with the driver before going on holiday, the driver was very professional and helpful which made me feel at peace. When I dropped my car off it was working fine. On my arrival back I rang the company to say I’m ready for the car and I was told it will arrive in 15mins, I was told to meet the driver in short stay parking level 4 however I got a call to say my car was in the drop off area at the time I had taken my daughter to the toilet, when I arrived at the car a few minutes later the driver handed me the keys and walked off leaving me and my daughter stranded as my car would not start I rang the brake down service whom eventually attended. It is not clear to me how the car had stopped working and now costing me lost of money to repair. Now 5 days later I have received a £100 parking notice from parkingeye which states my car was parked at the airport a day before my arrival and came out the parking on my arrival day, it seems my car was been used in my absence. I have written a complaint and still waiting a response. Never again will I use this service the have given me extra expenses and stress. Horrible customer service.

I arrived with my wife and children at Heathrow short stay car park by 4:26am. Called the driver who had this phone turned off. We tried to call 15 times until someone answered and the driver showed up at 5am. Very unpleasant and telling us that if we do not pay for the waiting time he wouldn’t take the car.
As if this wasn’t enough, when we arrived from holiday I had a £90 penalty ticket because the driver to whom we left our car went on a ULEZ zone. It’s their responsibility to know where to drive the customers vehicles. We contacted Heathrow Airside Meet and Greet (via WhatsApp!? as requested by them) and their answer was that is stated somewhere but we asked for a prof of that statement or some legal copy and they haven’t replied. I also made a representation against the notice giving the company details and explaining what happened.
I’ve used many others services in the past without any single issue until this one. Absolutely disgraceful and extremely unprofessional. When we contacted them about the penalty charge someone picked up the phone but wasn’t speaking while others were laughing on the background.
I don’t recommend this service at all and I honestly don’t know how do they manage to run a business.

Missing items from car! I left my a bag with several items of gym equipment in the boot of my car on delivery. Upon collection, the bag was missing. I contacted the complaints team a week ago but have not received a response. Unfortunately, I'll have to escalate to my lawyer as the bag has not been returned or compensated. This is a significant inconvenience for me. I note that several other users have reported similar missing items. Please do not use this company if you do not want this to happen to you.

Update 07/01/25 - 23 days after initially filing a complaint over the missing items, I have finally received a response. I was informed that the company is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring to the vehicle or any possessions. I will therefore not be compensated. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY MAY DAMAGE YOUR CAR OR STEAL YOUR THINGS

Please be aware of this unprofessional company. They damaged my car and have been sending emails to their complaint department and no response. I would like to sue them for the damage and appreciate if any one had similar issue to join hands to sue them

DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR WHOLE CAR STOLEN!!! Came back from holiday to my car had been ransacked including my laptop stolen, deodrant? Gym kit, jump leads & shaver. I have since seen similar reviews. AVOID at all costs! My car was perfectly secure and no sign of break in, clearly clearly
staff had done this! Avoid avoid avoid!

MY car came back damaged & with excessive mileage. This was pointed out to the driver on its return.
We immediately emailed a formal complaint. It took 4 days for them to respond & they asked us to give them another week while they investigated. I also forwarded a quote for just under £1000.I have heard nothing from them & now they are ignoring me. Their landline mailbox has been full for week's, so unable to leave a message. My emails go unanswered or are returned. The only phone number that works is fir one of the drivers who says he can’t help me & doesn’t know who I can contact.
I will be taking them to court. They are not members of the BPA - British Parking Association (as they advertise)
DO NOT trust your valuable car with these people.

What an absolute joke!!! Land at Heathrow about 22.20......give them a call and apparently our car is in long stay and they are trying to locate!!! At least a 40 minute wait.....just what you want when u fly in from New York...crazy that the whole trip runs smoothly but the 1 thing in the UK and they mess it up.....staggering....oh and still sat here waiting.....now 23.40...!!! We use lots of Park and Go companies but will avoid this one!

Airsideparking confirmed they were responsible for a ULEZ penalty received on my car while it was in their care as they moved the car between car parks but all was ok as paid the penalty charge.
The car parking service was very efficient and convenient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Did not answer the phone last week while I was on my way to the airport. Rang twice more while at the airport. No answer and voicemail not working. I had to use a different parking company while I was there incurring additional costs. I emailed them 3 times and put in a support ticket to ask for a refund for this and an upcoming booking. They have ignored me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CROOKS

Drop off was easy, driver met us but said his device was out of battery so couldn’t take photos, I took the photos around the car and a good job I did because on return it was damaged, big scratch/scuff about 40cm long on rear drivers side. The driver just walked off, we took photos and sent in complaint. It took many attempts to get a reply. They have no interest in fixing the damage and have told us to get it polished. We also received a parking fine from the car park despite paying the exit fee for the driver. They kept the car in there for 2.5 hours, we had the parking fine cancelled but this company never got back to us about the fine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i had never used Airside before but they were recommended by a friend.
they were great value , minimal waiting time and the drivers were very polite.
i will be using them again.

My car was damaged on the 02 of January 2023. Believe it or not, they still haven't done anything about it, and I have a repair quote for above £1000 which has been completely ignored. Their technic is simple... they won't answer you and you cannot contact anyone else that the poor sod which apparently "drive" the cars...
So let me be clear Airside Parking, if I do not get the money needed to repair my car, I will add your address on this forum...And what about getting together with several unhappy customers and coming knocking on your door? There is rule in this country and I am not to be messed with. I am the Vauxhall Insigna black customer (Seb) and expect the money to be sent to me by next week. If not, your office address will be posted here.

Update 20Nov23: Still no reply from the scammers... if you want to meet them, you can go on the parking of Novotel London Heathrow airport T1 T2 and T3, Heathrow Point West, 234 Bath Rd, Heathrow, London UB3 5AP. They are hiding in the small brick house in the middle of the parking.

Seriously BAD - Had to wait a long time for car, so much for their statement we track your flight! Phoned them when we landed and again when we collected luggage, still had to wait a long time. Driver very shifty on arrival, asked me to inspect car and sign which I did but when leaving car park and got into daylight I noticed 2 cracks in the windscreen low down on passenger side. Phoned them immediately before leaving the exit barrier and they sent me the complaints email address. Sent photos etc but reply was their insurance only covers them for RTA's and as this didn't happen in an RTA they weren't liable. There is a very large chip in the screen with 2 cracks leading off and they told me it could have been caused by either the change in weather, bumpy roads or existing weakness in screen. You can quite clearly see where it's been hit by something. Have spoken to a friend who is a lawyer and he has recommended I take this further. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!

My car was damaged while it was in their custody, i have reported it to them in two hours, requested the images at the time of drop off and while in their parking arena, but they flatly refused to take any liability. They didn't even care to reply the emails.
I will never ever use them again.
Be careful using these guys.

We left our car with Airside parking whilst we went on a two week holiday. On returning to my car, I immediately noticed a small dent on the rear wheel arch. I pointed this out to the driver and refused to sign the paperwork. I then made a complaint to the company. They have stated that they are not responsible for any damage as it could have been caused whilst in the waiting bay. Also I should T-cut it out!!!! You can not T-cut out a dent. They have refused to send me an address inorder to post legal documentation to as i am in the process of taking this to a small claims court. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

We’ve been using Airside Parking for 2 years now and have never been disappointed. Great, efficient service once again. Highly recommend.

Very good service giving up and collecting auto. A problem came up afterwards and they handled it immediately. Very pleased overall.
