Air dryer filters
ID plate on our compressor air dryer wasn't correct(OEM fault not airlink compressors) and wrong filters were sent. I emailed Gillian and she sorted the correct filters in super quick time after I sent pictures of actual filters fitted. Excellent service, highly recommended

We paid for the next day delivery
We paid for the next day delivery, but delivery never came, we received an email that next day delivery is not possible, we requested for the refund of next day delivery charges, not heard any thing since.

Hi Faisal Murbarik, it’s clearly stated on the site “(Order Before 12pm)” to accommodate your next day delivery option. Your order was placed at 4.51pm! Now for us to send out a half tonne compressor in 9 minutes (collection time from courier) is pushing it a bit and regard this review a tad unfair to be honest.
However, we wish you all the best.

Good company
A good company to purchase from, of the two items I ordered one was out of stock with the supplier and I was told about this out of office hours and a prompt solution was found.
I would happily buy from them again.

What a wonderful company
What a wonderful company. I bought an ABAC compressor last year which had been in storage due to workshop refurbishment (not from them) and have had no luck finding a proper instruction and maintenance manual. I contacted Air Link as they had a good online presence and despite me not having purchased from them, they supplied me with a full manual the same day. Fantastic and helpful customer (or non-customer) service.

We used airlinkcompressors last year when we needed a new workshop compressor, they helped us decide which model would suit our needs, they have a very good attitude to customer relations and that is why we will continue to use them. Trust in a business is valued.
