Great customer service, giving delivery information before the courier even collected the item from them. This was the cheapest I could find in the UK, and additionally had free delivery included. Even better, they used a very reputable logistics firm and used a priority fast delivery option. I can’t fault their efforts…..normally I avoid leaving reviews (every firm nags for them), but in this case very well deserved

Easy and quick

I was looking for a vertical compressor and narrowed it down to 2. I went online to check the reviews and the first company didn't show any reviews at all. When I went on the Airlink compressors there were 249 reviews all with good feedback, so I ordered 1 straight away on the 12th of February. On the 13th of February I received an email from Gill thanking me for my purchase and eta of my compressor. Spot on it arrived on the Monday. It was packaged and secured on a pallet. Everything is working great.
I'm a big believer of reading and writing reviews that's how I find how good or bad a product and suppliers are.

Price was the best I could find on the internet. Gill was really helpful and not only took time to give me advice, but also provided me with specific examples of supplementary parts i would require.
I would happily purchase from this company again.

Can’t really fault airlinkcompressors themselves directly as it’s clear they drop ship direct from the manufacturer. In this case I ordered a SIP pillar drill.
It arrived on the day expected but SIP sent a clearly different model with the same drill head.
Disappointing as the supplied table is not the one advertised and it not fit for my needs, will need to make a replacement for it.
Not the seller’s fault per se as they never touched the drill itself, but it is a danger of drop ship operations that you relinquish control over stock.
