Do Not Buy!

Ordered months ago and still no earphones. When you email you get a different person respond telling you to wait another week and tracking info will be available (likely just the same crook with multiple email addresses). No tracking info is ever provided yet they somehow insist the earphones are on the way. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and of course they never issue. It’s a terrible scam and we need to stop these low life’s taking anymore people’s cash. Lesson learned to pay on credit card / PayPal in future. Save yourself time and money and just buy from eBay they are all the same.

HOW I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGETIVE ZERO STAR. Absolute frauds😡😡. If you reading this before buying, I am begging you please do not waste your time and your money PLEASE. Still waiting for my order and everytime i speak to someone on email im told different information about my oder. At this point its clear they a probably waiting for a faulty pair to be returned by someone else so they can ship that one to me also making sure they drag the time so that it will go over the 30 days for me to be able to get my refund.

Ordered early March and it’s now July

Ordered early March and it’s now July. Months have passed no shipping info and when I email them no one really helps they jus ask for my name or order number and don’t say anything else! Spent $35 USD and I live in Canada due to the virus the money conversion is over $35 dollars more. Total waste of time, money & they don’t even help you worst costumer service and they don’t care at all. Don’t even try to order from this company!!!!!!!!!

Scam - do not use

Do not use - very similar story to everyone else on here. Ordered for my husband’s birthday, they took weeks to arrive (after his birthday!), worked for a day and then one of the buds stopped working. Did everything they asked including sending a video of them not working, they said they had issued a replacement and to wait 25 days for them to arrive. Sure enough they haven’t arrived and now I’m being fobbed off with emails from a different person every time and they’re not giving me a refund. Total waste of money, definitely a scam.

Order number 95456. Typical, it's that old saying again, if it's to good to be true then it's isn't. Same as everyone else on here, should have read the reviews first. Received, and problems from the start with pairing to phone and the left one has never worked. The right one does but volume is low. I've had a few email exchanges with Francis who asked for me to send in a video, which was around 3 weeks ago, since then nothing. Have asked for a refund but don't see that happening. Bank charge back and blacklisting this company where ever I see them seems to be the only option. Stay away from them!!

SCAM Do not buy

I wished I checked this website on trust pilot before wasting my money on these, over 7 weeks later and no sign of my order. Customer service refusing to give me a refund or help find my order. They imply they are a UK company with 6-10 days shipping- it’s all fraud. If you want something similar just go on wish/AliExpress website and order it for a fraction of the price. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was sent a replacement which took 6 weeks+ to find they also do not work.

I have then had to return them to China, and have not received my money back.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! Fobbed off for weeks regarding a replacement, they worked fine for a week or 2 then the left pod stopped working... i was told by ''Jack'' a replacement was on its way 6 weeks and multiple emails ( From bots ) later still nothing, i haven't even had a tracking number! i have now asked for a refund ( doubt these crooks will give me one ) i now going to contact my bank to see what they can assiSt with.... AVOID AT ALL COST

Update - if as you say this has been passed to higher management you will need my order number #90728 I expect some contact within 48hrs.

Update 2 - Still nothing! no response in anyway, no replacements for my damaged goods! this matter has been passed to trading standards and I've been on contact with the BBC watchdog programme. AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COST.

Faulty mass produced product. Scam.

Update 30/7/20: No contact from company. I note the similar name companies, probably all same now have 14 days warranty. Keep your money and shop local and ask about warranty before you buy.

Update 20/7/20: No contact from the company. As previously stated "lip service". Don't spend your money with this company.

Thanks for the reply..Identical to what was said previously when I challenged the product. I will post updates here weekly as below seems to be just lip service.......I haven't been contacted by the company.

Flooded with Facebook posts about Airbuds, decided would chance a pair for music and skype calls. Ordered and took over 6 weeks to deliver. They seemed ok at first then 3 weeks later right earbud stopped working, didn't seem to get a charge from the case. Emailed them and they asked me to send in a few videos. Always someone different replying to the mails. Same as everyone else 30 days warranty. Don't waste your 30 quid. Worth contacting your bank for a chargeback - for not receiving goods/services that you ordered. As a poster above says it's the only way to stop these. Wish I had researched a bit more before buying, but it seems this company are well organised and orders/delivery and complaints are all within a short time period. Facebook page and messenger are down too. No customer engagement robotic answers...

I ordered a set of airbuds which took forever to arrive. When I finally received them they were faulty. One bud did not play any sound. The customer service team then sent me a few ways of tackling the issue which failed.

The airbud that did work was so sensitive it just kept turning itself off.

I have raised issues with the customer service team twice who have said they cannot refund me as it is not within 30 days.

Given they delayed the process with troubleshooting that didn't work, I feel this company is scamming people.

Yes, this is a scam

Wish I could give zero stars. Yes, this is a scam. It has been FOUR months since I’ve ordered these with no delivery end in sight. It just keeps sending them to a new obscure location. I had almost forgot I ordered them. I have saved up for a real pair of AirPods by now (it’s been FOUR months!), which trust me, although pricey, is worth the price. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES. These scamming companies will only learn when people start taking action against them for not delivering goods or supplying defective products.

Another bad experience to add to the list

They worked for a few weeks then stopped. They won’t charge. £30 I could have got the wired Apple Earphones. I don’t understand how people can be paid to advertise them on social media when they are clearly defective to everyone!!! I hope they get shut down!

I have emailed support but reading this I seriously doubt I will get very far!

Manual isn’t given

I received them after a month of ordering. Used them 2 times, but can’t figure out how they work. It says they work the same as AirPods, but you can’t figure out the battery of the case or the airbuds. Also holding the Airbuds in the case with the lid open next to my iPhone doesn’t work, my iPhone won’t show the battery. Also if you swipe fully left on your general screen with your apps and you look at batteries, it doesn’t even show the airbuds let alone tell how full they are. A manual would be helpfull since you only get the tiniest little paper with 2 sentences on the guide how to use them.

Exactly the same experience as every…

Exactly the same experience as every other customer on this site. I wish I’d seen this before parting with my hard earned cash. Google were promoting this company, so I will also be taking it up with them. The left bud doesn’t work and has now started speaking in Chinese! They say they’ve sent another pair, but nothing for weeks. I’ve clearly been scammed. We have exchanged more than 50 emails and I am no nearer to a refund. I can’t even get a company address from them. I would like to take this further but am not sure who to contact without any company details. I suspect the customer service team are bots, designed to delay your complaint until you run out of a 30 day warranty. I’m not going to let this go. Any advice?
