DO NOT waste your money

UPDATE: The response from the company was completely insincere. Still no contact. Still no refund.

DO NOT waste your money. Appalling customer service. Purchased a protective case for airbuds which was advertised on the same page as a recommended item. DID NOT FIT. After repeated emails requesting a refund for the case, photo evidence and unhelpful responses, all communication has now stopped. They don't care. They'll take your money for a rubbish product (now already not working) and then ignore you. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

AirBuds - Horrible service and not working headphones

When I saw the ad in Kendall Jenners Instagram Story I thought, I need new Wireless Headphones... lets buy them.
After one month I received the Headphones, but the charging chase did't work and therefore the Airbuds where useless.
When I contacted the support, there were no informations about the refund and after 1 week I received an email with the information, that I have to send them to a cryptic address in china, with delivery costs over 30 dollars, which I would have to pay by myself.

Scammmm..... and the website ist offline

Stay Away!

I ordered my earbuds on 27th April and when they finally arrived, worked for two uses then one stopped working. On June 1st after many emails sent, I was finally told I would be getting a replacement sent to me. This was after I had to send them a video proving that they didn't work! Which they claimed for ages they did not receive. Fast forward to today, nearly a month later, I have emailed again multiple times to be told that they firstly were waiting for tracking details for my replacement and now they are on hold due to system issues. They have literally tried every excuse they can and ignore my requests for a refund. Absolute scam - stay away!!

Scam

Doesn’t deserve one star waited over A month for it to get apparently sent to the wrong address! I have sent several emails of which either don’t make sense or I have been ignored!! This is a scam!!!!I have filed a report with the bank for a refund will be reporting to trading standards about this company!

Would not recommend to anyone

Would not recommend to anyone. Bought them because Kendal Jenner sponsored them. Been waiting over a month now with priority shipping just to be told my order no longer exists and I’m s*** out of luck for a refund.

Don't bother!!

Don't bother!!! I brought these for my girlfriend birthday!! 1st lot came didnt work! I been waiting nearly a month now,sending emails ,getting ignored , been told it will take 15 to 20 days!! Waiting nearly a month for a tracking number! Its a joke

3 Months - no refund no airbuds

I ordered in March, today is June 25th.
I’ve sent weekly emails to which they replied the air buds were lost in transit with the courier.
I asked for a refund and I get someone else replying saying don’t worry they are investigating, I just want my money back but I will never see it and they are just a huge scam company advertised by celebrities to suck you in

Read the manual and you'll give them 5 stars

Before they came, I was really worried because of all the one-star reviews on Trustpilot. But now I know why there are so many one-star reviews: because people do not know how to read the manual. Yes, reading the manual is a bit hard and it is not really straightforward, but after playing around with the pairing process for about five minutes, I was able to successfully pair both buds to each other and to the phone. The sound quality is better than expected. It is comparable, if not identical, to Airpods. The downsides are minor. The pairing process may be confusing at first, but will become easy once you get the hang of it. The hinge on the case seems pretty weak and for the earbuds you can notice little differences from airpods if you really really really pay attention to the Airbuds (normal people probably wont notice unless they are very picky). The case does not have the green LED and instead lights up blue and red, but I don't mind. The Airbuds logo is also printed on the case, but I could probably erase it with some acetone. Overall, for 30 bucks, this was a steal and I am very happy so far. Hopefully, it doesn't break on me because it sounds way better than I was expecting. The main takeaway from this review is to READ THE MANUAL.

Total Scam!!!

Total Scam!!!! These Airbuds are not worth it to spend money for. Battery life is really socking. I bought because Kendall Jenner sponsor these Airbuds which I thought it may not be scam boy i was so wrong!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your money it’s a scam!

I was looking for a good pair of wireless earbuds and noticed that Kendall Jenner was sponsoring these on instagram, so I thought they were legit. I ordered them about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them or any emails since. Don’t waste your money on this.

I think this is a SCAM!

I ordered my headphones May 4th 2020! They arrived in my (town) in Minnesota on June 12th 2020 were I live, never arrived to me by the way, and then I just checked for an update today and now there somewhere in Indiana like what the heck!

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Myself and girlfriend ordered a pair separately- girlfriends arrived but don’t work properly, my parcel arrived but no airbuds in the box. Asked for replacement ones when gfs were new so assumed they were ok- received nothing! Asked for refund but apparently I don’t have an order number and my email isn’t recognised by them? Customer service can’t look up a delivery address provided to them to confirm sale. You’ve been warned! Wish I had read the other reviews before purchase!!!!

Having seen their reply and being afforded an opportunity to edit my post, I can assure you (the reader) there has been no attempt on the part of airbud to help. They have my money... and have had it for over a month now... and in return I have been given zero product... and even less customer service. Empty promises and lies. When I asked for my money back - that's when they stopped responding to my emails. Dont believe their replies on these reviews. They are insincere and disingenuous. They are designed to fool the reader into thinking airbud staff actually care. And they do not care. If they have your money you are simply out of luck.

ZERO star!!! Total scam

If there is 0 star. I will give it. This company does not deserve a single star. I ordered 2 pairs last April 10, until now, I haven’t got the items. I have been sending emails, no one has got back to me. There hotline on the website doesn’t work either. Total scam. It has been more than 2 months and I haven’t got my order. This company should be shut down. I feel bad for the influencer who promoted this crap.

Complete scam wish I’d read these reviews! They connect fine but everyone I’ve called says I sound like I’m underwater. Company customer service is dodgy, broken English said to return them but I have to pay for the return to Belgium!!

China Biz Crooks

As with any other China biz I have had the plasure of doing biz with these guys are a joke. The worst customer service I have seen in the world. They claim to have a refund policy buy all you get are fake tracking numbers and BS about losing your order......Stay clear of these crooks.
