Warning, they Steel your money, you cant cancel payments and nooo control or way to stop payments

Terrible scam company. They suddenly took 148 dollars out of my account and won’t refund or tell me why. Stay away. Unethical practice. And quite frankly ordinary content. They don’t deserve to be in business and will go down ripping people off.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Menlethics.
I originally made what I believed to be a one-time purchase. Much later, I was unexpectedly charged €89.69 for an annual subscription that I was not aware had been activated.
I contacted customer support immediately after the charge and explained that I had never intentionally signed up for a recurring subscription. I also informed them that I had never used the service after the renewal and requested a refund.
Unfortunately, I only received standard responses and, after asking for a refund and clarification, they stopped responding altogether.
A company that values its customers should be willing to help when someone contacts them immediately after an unexpected renewal—especially when the renewed service has not been used.
Based on my experience, the subscription terms were not sufficiently clear, the customer support was unhelpful, and the overall handling of my case has been extremely disappointing.
I cannot recommend this company

Ok workout programs though some of the instructions given straight up didn't match what was being shown in the demonstrations, and disgustingly predatory pricing practices. Their pricing options included a paid trial version which I signed up for to try it, there was nothing indicating this was signing me up for a subscription, I then got charged almost $100 before the trial was even halfway completed, and they are refusing to refund even after cancelling my subscription.

There are free workout apps and programs easily as good as this, do not recommend.

Do not trust this company with your money. I made what I thought was a one-time agreement to download four-week exercise plan for $21. Four weeks later I was hit with a "recurring full price charge" of $120. I was never informed that I had signed up for a subscription service until after that charge was debited from my Paypal account. And I would not have agreed to a "subscription" at a fifth of that charge if I had been informed. When I complained, the company agreed to "cancel my subscription," but refused to refund my money.

Would have been great but I couldn’t access one of the special offers as it would not let me choose a CC to pay for the lifetime access for $99.

Scammers, they charged me for additional month for 105$ without my consent and refused to issue a refund

Accidentally added an add in that I did not want emailed straight away to ask for a refund and removal and was refused

Would not dealt with this company ever again

Really clunky website for purchasing with far too many try’s to sell sell sell additional parts even when not selected

I’m very disappointed because I subscribe for €20 It was a promo for seven days and they took from my account €89 that’s stealing and they don’t give the money back.

Bei der Anmeldung zur Probemitgliedschaft war eindeutig von einem vierwöchigen Testzeitraum die Rede – ohne jeglichen Hinweis auf einen anschließenden Vertrag. Doch unerwartet erhielt ich eine Rechnung über 90 Euro. Zunächst konnte ich nicht einmal die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen finden. Der Inhalt ist ziemlich dürftig. Nicht zu empfehlen. Finger weg! Das Ganze funktioniert höchstwahrscheinlich genau wie diese ganzen „...letics“-Seiten – „Freeletics“, „Zendesk“ und dergleichen. Geschäftspraktiken jenseits jeglicher Ethik. Eine Abzocke! Wenn man sich beschwert, bekommt man die üblichen Ausreden zu hören, wie etwa „Das steht in den Vertragsbedingungen“ ... so viel zur Glaubwürdigkeit in Verhältnis mit dem Kunden!

When signing up for the trial membership, there was clear mention of a four-week test period—with absolutely no indication of a subsequent contract. Yet, unexpectedly, I received an invoice for 90 euros. At first, I couldn't even locate the General Terms and Conditions. The content is pretty meager. Not recommended. Stay away! The whole thing most likely operates exactly like all those "...letics" sites—"Freeletics," "Zendesk," and the like. Business practices that lack any ethical standards. A total rip-off! If you complain, you get the usual excuses, like "It's in the contract terms"... so much for credibility in dealing with customers!
