Ignoring customer emails with evidence of issues

Ordered 3 replacement filters and the product quality was below satisfaction.
I took images of all 3 filters and sent numerous emails to their support team - 6 weeks ago - no response to my emails.
I've ordered before and previous filters were fine. The filters I received this time around had hardened glue substance inside the filters and warped/misaligned layers as well as overal poor manufacturing quality. I provided images in emails.

Most unhelpful

Having read on their site that the top filter bottle would fit the base of most other brands I inquired- before ordering- whether it would fit the existing base my son has. (I supplied the brand name). The response I got was "yes it will".
Well it doesn't... I communicated this to them and after MANY messages back and forth, sending photos etc. ended up just being ignored. Terrible company to deal with if there's any problem at all!
