I ordered my rollator on the 29th of June and it was delivered on the 2nd of July, excellent service. The rollator had only 2 pieces to assemble, and is very sturdy and easy to control, i will feel quite safe using it. the delivery man was ,also , very helpful and polite ,Thank you.

Great service and prompt delivery BUT items are poorer quality than what I've bought before.
The grabber feels a very vheap plastic and tge stem of the grabber is very thin.
The walking stick has a lovely smooth handle but the stick makes a clunky noise every step. I even tried changing the clip that adjusts the height with the one from my previous stick but still didn't help. The rubber end of the stick is also lower quality and a horrible discoloured black that looks like it had been used.
I don't like to leave negative views but the products are not as good as elsewhere.

Service on ordering the product was excellent but receiving the product or actually telling you that we haven't received it has been quite lacking, as i am still awaiting an email from you to let me know what is happening.

My walking stick arrived when expected and is exactly what I expected when I ordered. It’s the correct height (when adjusted) and the design is very pretty. The stick appears to be very sturdy and of good quality. I’ll test it out properly when I go on holiday abroad.

Good compact bag. ok for what was needed.

Item arrived quickly however it is not suitable. I ordered a toilet seat to take on holiday for my elderly disabled parent to use. This is described that it "dismantles easily for transportation" however this does not dismantle fully to move easily and just splits in 2 which leaves it bulky and not very easy to transport. I am disappointed, perhaps the description should be changed to explain this. Now I am left with the problem of trying to arrange to return such a large bulky item.

Edit. It turns out is not easy to return this with the usual Courier companies due to the size of the box. I have had to ask Aids4Mobility to arrange an uplift with their Courier and this is costing me £12! It's not exactly cost effective to return the item. I have requested that they reword the description of the product online so that other customers are aware that the item is not exactly transportable after all to avoid being out of pocket like myself. Very disappointed.
