Instead of contacting the correct energy company, they contacted another supplier by mistake, a company with which I had never had an account. They informed me that my personal details hadn't been handed over (I cannot prove this though); nevertheless this is sheer incompetence of the highest order. Not to mention total lack of professionalism. Outrageous.

Allied International Credit (AIC) operates a deceptive, automated shadow pipeline that acts in direct contempt of consumer protection regulations and its own internal records.

On July 23, 2026, AIC Compliance formally confirmed in writing that this account was closed and returned to the creditor. Despite this absolute legal finality, AIC’s broken database recycled the file back onto active diallers in September, initiating a campaign of automated harassment against a vulnerable consumer on Universal Credit.

When directly confronted, Senior Compliance Officer Carla Smith initially issued a serious, manual personal communication to mitigate exposure. However, the moment I formally offered to submit a 50-page whistleblower evidence trail detailing systemic statutory breaches and the weaponization of data tracking, a corporate cover-up was initiated.
