Scam. Do not trust

I would have put 0 stars but it’s not possible. Owner are thieves, charge you for 80 euros a month. The website is not clear about subscription. I suggest you avoid.

The same as all the 1-Stars before PLUS:
I used their cancellation form, put my email address in, and immediately received a response stating that there was no account under my email.

A Scam but by the time anyone reads this they'll know as none realises until after their card details have been taken and then money stolen.

Persolabs.org they ask for a small 1.2€ charge to give you the results.

2 days later they charge you a initial NON refundable fee of 49.95€

4 days later charge of 35€ by ai.persolabs.org

No response to any refund request

FRAUD paid $1-$2 then they stole my credit card information to make fraudulent transactions.

Such an unethical bunch of animals. There are hundreds of customers all over Reddit and Facebook raising stress and panic over your scams. You mention a tiny fee of under £2 for a report and then I was promptly charged £40 later as well as an additional £30. The first being your automatic renewal which was only mentioned in the fine print of a pdf emailed to me! The other £30 if for a separate company you just so happened to add on as an ‘AI’ version. What absolute BULLLLLLLLSHITTTTTT.

Simply horrible! Deceptive lies and fraud to come from their services only! Good thing Im a broke student, because they did not steal a single penny from me! They should be looked into and reported for such diligent and petty misconduct!

don't do this test. You will be automatically charged for a monthly subscription and after cancelation they still charge you. On top of that, the test results report did not contain any valuable data.

I paid 2 small amounts for the service I had and then they charged me £29.95 for I don’t know what, am chasing them for a refund now, sooooo annoying and wrong!

It starts by telling you to pay around 1$,but a few days later I was charged 39$ without my consent. I tried to cancel my subscription and on the website it states that my supscription is canceled, despite this the unauthorized transactions continue. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM

What a scam! Decided to take a personality test on social media, which was paid for £1.50, and by making this purchase I was unwittingly signed up to their AI Persolabs service straight way with no way to cancel. They also signed me up for their main subscription - again without informing me. 100% shady, do not use this company, you will not get your money back £39.95 per week, and £29.95 for ai.persolabs.

I bought an ADHD online quiz for £1.20 then a few days later, with no warning, nearly £40 was taken out of my account for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I am in the process of trying to get this money back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This business is engaging in predatory practices, user deception, and unauthorized recurring billing ("Negative Option Billing") via fraudulent "dark patterns." I visited their site to make a one-time payment for an online service. However, during the checkout process, they stealthily opted me into a parallel, hidden monthly subscription called "Persolabs AI" for €29.95 without my explicit, informed, or separate consent.
Their setup is intentionally designed to hide secondary charges from the cardholder, which directly violates card network rules (Visa/Mastercard core rules on recurring billing transparency) and Stripe’s Consumer Terms of Service regarding prohibited and deceptive commercial activity.

Absolute scam. You go through their fake cancel subscription process to then be charged yet again. Avoid avoid avoid absolute scammers praying on vulnerable people

A scam! Did the DISC personality test and paid £1.25 for my results and it autoenrolled me into two seperate subscriptions at £29.95 and £39.95 a month. Had to contact my bank to recover the payments after emailing persolabs to complain. Their response was by paying for the results I had agreed to the subscriptions. There isn’t an easy/clear way of cancelling both subscriptions either so it took a bit of digging. Do not use this website at any cost. I am reporting it to the UK CMA and Anti Fraud group

They scam you by charging you £1.00 they say to get results for a test and then days later you will see a £39.95 charge and then when you reach out to their customer service to understand why you have been charged youre being told you signed up for a trial and then youve been charged.

Then they can't refund you becuase youve accessed the results l, which you assume youre only payingul £1.00 and dont want anything else.

So which one is it? Scammers and Subscription trap.
