I paid €1.25 for a test on 20 September. The confirmation email mentioned no subscription or renewal fee. Three days later I was charged €49.95 without warning. Support refused a refund with a template reply. I've disputed the charge with my bank. If you buy the test, cancel right away or use a disposable card.
Thieves, and scammers! First of all I’ve been charged small amounts, now charging me every month or even earlier. Keep changing names to continues charges . Disputing with my bank. Stay away from!!!!!!!
Avoid any association with this scam company, small print and lies are all you will receive, no indication that after you pay for test results that you are signed up to a subscription, also refusing to honour 14 day refund policy because I had looked at results, which I had paid for already (60p). Another con artist.
Made the test look free then required payment to view results after finishing the quiz. Scum bag business practice.
Oplichters!!! Je betaalt €1,25 voor een test. Vervolgens wordt er nog zonder dat het ergens vermeld staat, €80 van je rekening afgeschreven. Niet doen!

The company scamming people with their online psychology quizzes is PERSOLABS/Persolabs AI , NOT Personlabs (this page) - I was also confused until I took the time to read the comments and their replies.

Just one small clarification for anyone reading: we are Personalabs (Personalabs.com), a direct-to-consumer laboratory testing company. Personalabs and Persolabs/Persolabs AI are separate and unaffiliated businesses.
We have unfortunately received a number of reviews and complaints from consumers who appear to have confused the two companies. Personalabs does not offer the online psychology/personality quizzes or recurring subscription services described in those reviews.

You got automatically an subscription without knowing it and you cant get any money back. I feel scammed and i suggest that no one ever do something on this site
