Very helpful. Knowledgeable. Polite.
Assessment was done quickly with no stress. Paid the assessor directly and was given a cash receipt. Assessment was completed and EPC registered within 24 hours.
Would recommend these guys to anyone needing an EPC completing..

Excellent communication. Was able to attend and complete the EPC survey the following day. Arrived on time explained the process and I received the EPC report within 24hours.

Mr Akram was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient and I had my epc certificate in 24 hours. He removed his shoes so as not to get muck on the floor and. I highly recommend him .Cathy

After ringing EPC I got an appointment…
After ringing EPC I got an appointment the following day. The Assessor came on time and did a thorough survey of my property. EPC issued their EPC Report the day after the survey.
I felt that I had 1st class service for a very reasonable fee.
