We have a telephone call with your call center which was very poor.
I went online and purchased the insurance from you that way and it was much easier

I'm really pleased with the company and…
I'm really pleased with the company and insurance provided by them. I purchased first insurance for our pup in case of any accident. First claim was resolved really fast. I have to point here that the costumer service deserves more than 5 stars, especially Rachel and her individual caring personality.

Was very pleasantly surprised in this…
Was very pleasantly surprised in this day and age that when I rang several times I was treated really well. Never too long waiting and always a pleasant understanding and understandable person on the other end. No robots!!!
Claim was easy to process and was paid out without any issues.
Would very happily recommend.

Excellent Customer Care
First time doing business with PetInsure so it's too early to say how things would go in the unlikely event of a claim. However, I was impressed with the courteous but frank approach to presales by their customer care. The policy premium seems to be competitive too, although one would wish that certain breeds are not penalised so heavily with exclusions and additional excess. This seems to be the standard practice with the insurance firms that we have checked and it is not clear if these cover limitations are accounted for with a reduced premium.

The lady I dealt with on the phone was…
The lady I dealt with on the phone was excellent, she explained in detail any questions I had. If only there were more people like her. Last week we agreed a time for her to call me and she called at that time. (to me this is customer care which is sadly lacking in most organisations.)
