The talk was very simple and I did not glean any new information or find it useful.

As the name suggests Knowledge Seniors offers a great resource of helpful advice not only for seniors but anyone seeking to keep abreast of the everchanging world of techology. Always interesting to read and easy to follow. I like the unique and excellent index system enabling access to topics covered previously.
Thoroughly recommended.

I signed up for a trial - next thing I was getting an invoice for :£79.80.
I did not have any emails about the trial ending - I tried to call them but they are constantly engaged, I emailed and all I got was you will have to pay for 1 @19.95 .
You cannot get through to them on the customer service phone.
The information they have on their site you can get from any HR free online. Beware these people and don't take any trials. They are scammers.

Totally agree with the negative comments. You don't realise that there is a cost until you get an invoice. Very poor communication regards the subscription. I just assumed it was one month free because unlike normal free subscriptions, you have to commit to a payment method after the free trial ends and they bully you with emails.

The presenter was excellent - he used language that I understood and was patience when replying to question. Very informative in the course and for future courses.

A big SCAM. Please don't trust a word they have to say. I was send an invoice of £79.80 bill. They have my details. apparently I signed up to their news letter. Never do any business with this company.

All went well, the training was very informative and refreshing one's knowledge. The facilitator was actively engaging with participants and delivered most important factors in managing medication and assessing competence within an hour. The topic was interesting and I enjoyed every second of it.

Very informative workshop. This was pitched at the right amount of time which can easily be fitted into working day.

Received Invoice for £79 by post. It is surely a SCAM. Just by going to their website and downloading free stuff is not agreeing to pay. These days you pay first and then use the services, even free trial. This is a FRAUDULENT company. It is clearly a SCAM!!! They should be reported to POLICE and ICO. I have.

SCAMMERS! I have no contract or agreement of any sort with them yet they have all my details and keeps sending me invoices for something I do not have. The £ amount allegedly owed to them is gradually piling up too. Reported to Trading Standards.

The quality of advice and resources available with regards to Health & Safety, is excellent and covers a vast range of topics, meaning you can get the exact information and help you require from one central resource.
The customer service - particularly from Anne, is excellent, and they cannot do enough for you.

Absolute scam , offers a free trial ( which is utter rubbish ) then sends a bill for over £300, they have no contract and even have sent an invoice to the Directors personal address ,I have reported to the ICO and FCA. The fact they have the personal address of the director proves they have taken the details illegally and not through a contract signed in the name of the company. DO NOT consider using the company under any circumstances.

Scammers, I've subscribed to free Health and safety newsletters (on safety-adviser website) and a month later I received an invoice for 2023 (about 80 quid), with them saying I got to pay for some magazines I never asked or agree to buy.
Total mischievous company, hiding real purpose of robbing people of their money.
I sent emails to cancel all of their services and they never came back, stay away from them run and report their name on all social media. Scammers!

Avoid at all costs especially their dodgy sales tactics

I loved that the session was an hour long, perfect for a working lunch.

Information covered was as described and points were elaborated well considering the time constraints of an hour-long training session.

The host and the speaker were very accommodating to feedback and questions.

This company keep sending email and ask to us free templet, i didn't sign any contract or agreement to pay for using their service.
We never use their service and receive invoice from them.
This firm trick us previously and we paid that time but this time i will raise complaint and take it further so they don't cheat to other company.

This company keep sending email about different information and templet for free to download, there is no information or contract or no details provided about charges.
once we download free templet and then they start sending invoice after 3 months.
i ask them to send me contract or agreement where i give my consent and sign any contract but didn't receive response.
Please check other review in this group and all company facing same issue.

Sign up for a free trial and then after 3 month they send you a bill!!!THey can cearly see that you didn use service and could close the case but instead of contacting you and asking if you still interested they just send a bill later on and asking to pay!

The webinar I attended was incredibly useful, with each section explained clearly and thoroughly.

The team was very very friendly and guided me through webinar-trainings. Now i am a happy customer at Care Quality Matters.
