I enjoyed my experience with Volkswagen mallusk. I got a service on my car today and thought it was well done. Paperwork gave me all information I needed and very informative. Jamie especially was amazing. He is a very kind and helpful man and enjoyed my experience with him. Can’t fault him at all.

I was told my car was cleaned and hoovered and when I went out it wasn’t. I went back into Jamie just to let him know… I wasn’t too worried about it. He ensured that someone very quickly took care of this issue and ensured I was looked after and was very apologetic.

Cannot fault Jamie I really couldn’t praise him anymore.

Very easy to book, pleasant staff who kept me informed each step of the way, comfortable area in which I could work whilst my car was having the work done

From start to finish the experience with Bavarian was exceptional. From our first meeting with Chris McVeigh, we were looked after with both professionalism and care, and Chris worked through any issues with our finance to ensure the car was ready for collection at a time that suited us. As well as a beautiful bunch of flowers, Chris has also been available to look after us post purchase.

My Service Advisor, Darren, was most helpful. He explained the work required and kept me well informed how things were progressing over the day and when my car would be ready for collection.

Nothing more than I have come to expect over the past five years of servicing at Bavarian Boucher Road Belfast. Reception staff professional courteous and informative.
Work performed as described and to good effect. On collection car had been washed and hoovered making my overall experience entirely satisfactory.

Main reason for visit was to get a new rear parcel shelf fitted to the 3 year old Leon we purchased early September from yourselves.
On inspection after the works yesterday, whilst car was still sitting where the service team parked it up, I noticed one of the lugs on the cords that attach it to the boot lid was broken. Surely the service team noticed this? Why did they not raise it with their team leaders, management on site that day? Why did they just fit it?
However, first thing Monday morning I was contacted and steps were put in place to put this right. Great service from a great Team.

The agent Lewis was very helpful with quickly identifying my current needs and how they may be met.
Unfortunately I am not fully committed to a change at this time.
