I purchased a 2022 Audi E-Tron recently from Belfast Audi after multiple good experiences buying from them in the past. The service was highly professional and we were taken care of to the highest possible standard. Our salesman, Thomas Holmes, was excellent and met all of our needs, even calling us to follow up on the purchase a few days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our previous experiences with Michael Stewart were likewise professional, respectful and overall excellent.

The atmosphere between the staff is great. Everything from booking the car in and getting a lift home and back. Update re Agnew Audi .Collected my Audi Q8 today . Agnews conceded that in fact my Alternator needed replaced .Had it replaced at no cost to me as the part was covered under Audis guarantee. Happy to have my car back not withstanding the fact that I felt very frustrated . Anyway problem resolved

Under warranty issues on my approved Audi have been misdiagnosed numerous times and rework unsuccessful, in one case made the problem worse. Latest solution is to replace the windshield, initial issues reported in May and still not resolved in December.

Friendly professional staff. Kept me informed on progress and completed the work well within time.

Car was in work shop to fix Audi App told me the software was missing and needed to go back to work shop when Audi sorted the software At this time the car is not fit for purpose

Overall a positive experience. Good communication and honest updates regarding repairs. Not all issues were dealt with as the dealership is waiting for updates from Audi corporate so a repeat visit will be required.
