I would really like to use your rota…
I would really like to use your rota manager - have set it up as best I can but find it very confusing, I have had to go back to using excel sheets. Would be good if you guys could come up with a simple format I'm sure other surgeries would find it helpful too. I would only use it for Reception/Admin staff

Getting started....use their excellent support

For these contact with TeamNet support has been just great. Swift, easy to follow instructions always come back from their team and on you go again. Really helpful.
