We thought about releasing equity release in our home for what feels like ages, finally we have decided to firstly release for our purchase of a caravan, the first since 2010. We were guided through the process and fully understood what would be best for us not a company. We opted through pure retirement as the interest rates were fantastic the help and impartial information provided is second to none. Thank you again, we are so happy to have been treated from start to finish with excellent service. Rebecca is amazing and really goes the extra mile.

I would not hesitate in recommending Age Partnership to anyone wanting to manage their Pension.
I first contacted Age Partnership in December 2025, looking for them to provide me with a Pension income funded from a frozen Personal Pension.
From the very start their advisor (John-Paul) was extremely thorough in all aspects of quoting me for a pension. Later after I accepted their offer I was guided through every process by Louise, who kept me updated every week despite ongoing long delays with the Frozen Pension holder with not releasing the funds.
I would not hesitate in recommending 'Age Partnership' to anyone wanting them to manage their Pension.

Just after I approached Age Partnership to buy an annuity my boyfriend passed away but Jerome and Emily went over and beyond to take the stress and pressure off me and deal with everything for me.

They made sorting my pension really easy.
I didn't want to give my feedback until my pension was up and running. I had three phone calls with Chloe Dunnill who was friendly and very helpful. We went through everything I wanted from my pension and she explained what options I had and answered all of my many questions. Chloe was very patient with me once we had the figures from my pension providers and was really helpful when I was completing the online application with Canada Life.
Once that was done I was kept updated by George Hobson which was very reassuring.

I tried to make a general enquiry right at the end their website auto filled my phone number and I was bombarded with calls I did not want or ask for. I repeatedly asked for my data to be removed as I did not want to be contacted then today I received an A4 information pack through my letterbox. It will be going right back into the post office letterbox, causing me unnecessary hassle, I’m fuming mad about this invasion and I would NEVER do business with a company that uses such aggressive means of communication. LEAVE ME ALONE!
