I phoned AFS Removals initially to obtain a quote for moving to a new bungalow. A video call arranged due to current pandemic situation. The quote was emailed to me the same day. On the day the crew arrived bang on time and parked with no problems even though their vans are huge. They set to work straight away and whilst I was making them a cuppa they had nigh on loaded the upstairs into the van. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when we asked if we should do certain things to make it easier for them they assured us they were fine. We couldn't believe how easy they made it look. They were a lovely helpful and professional team. Am excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Nothing is too much for them

We used AFS in December 2022 and again in May 2023. Both times they were very calm, helpful and made the experience of moving a breeze. They're professional and a really lovely team. We'll recommend them to our friends :).

They were careful with the items we moved as well as with the structure/walls/carpets of the houses we moved into/from.

Will definitely use them again as they were so amazing and the team that assigned to get my job done were incredibly awesome and lovely. I recommend AFS removal to you all.

Really lovely guys, they worked so hard in the middle of Ramadan. Everything was so easy from start to finish. We had to make two trips and run over time but they took it all in their stride and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Moved about a ton of unwanted office kit (carpet chairs desks etc) and got it dumped/paid the council waste fees on it

Answered the phone, committed to be there in one hour, we’re on time, really nice lads, all done in 50 minutes.

If you weren’t in a massive rush like I was you would prob find cheaper (it was £450) but if you need a big job done very quickly and on time by hard working people, use these guys

Absolutely fantastic this company and it’s team moved me today from a first floor flat to a ground floor flat . These guys were great friendly, polite ,thoughtful just really lovely people . I’ve lived in my flat for 28 years and it was very emotional moving away , but a lot of stress was taken away from me . I highly recommend this company they are very fair and honest people and very careful with your belongings. Well done .

Ali helped us move from Birmingham to London. He had 2 teams. It took longer than expected and hence I paid up for the extra time. There was no fuss from the movers and always smiling. I even got them a takeaway lunch and dinner!

They were super helpful and friendly. Handled everything with care, and were done in no time. Would definitely recommend

They were polite and organised. Extremely helpful. We ended up doing two trips but they were quick and efficient. They communicated at all times with us to make sure the move went smoothly. Woukd definitely recommend.
