Customer service was useless, with no real answers or tracking updates. My order was delayed for weeks, and they couldn’t even say where it was. No accountability, no proper support. Completely unprofessional — avoid this company at all costs.

The Afsaana team responded promptly to my comments and made immediate improvements to my order. Everything has been resolved to my complete satisfaction!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a custom made necklace from them, big mistake!!! The necklace is faulty so I asked them for a refund, to this they keep telling me they do not offer refunds on custom made items. It says clearly on their website in their policy they do not offer refunds on custom made items UNLESS FAULTY, my item IS FAULTY bunch of illiterate idiots. I am going round and round in circles with these fools, save yourself the hassle. No wonder why these people are going out of business, the amount of bad reviews on here is shocking.These people have no shame robbing people of their money how do you sleep at night!!!

I bought a necklace from this company, and honestly, it was a huge mistake. Their return policy is an absolute nightmare—vague, confusing, and they dragged me through endless hoops when I tried to send it back. Customer service played games, dodging my emails and giving me the runaround for weeks. Save your money and shop somewhere else; this place isn’t worth the hassle.

Extremely poor service! too many lies in the order and delivery times! they will always use the excuse that their backend has some delays or even saying some repetitive excuse to everyone, too many fake reviews! i still haven't received my order with no replies! totally not recommended!

I ordered a bracelet Mar 30th which arrived in may, shipped to the wrong address and my order is loss. I demanded my money back but they refused even though in their website there is proof that they literally lost my order. They offer to give me an another bracelet but I literally don’t wanna wait for a month again. Wouldn’t recommend their Afsaana you can go to an another business with higher quality, lower wait time, better prices, and better customer service. I am still waiting for my refund they refuse to give me.

I ordered three custom rings with names in two different languages (Hindi and Gujarati) - the rings are beautiful! I would highly recommend as the product and quality is great.

For transparency - I received my order within 3 weeks of ordering. The website was not updated with current status so I was unsure if my order was received/being processed so I did email the customer service to inquire after two weeks of placing my order. I received a response within 24 hours, clear communications and they provided a tracking number.

Unbelievably Disappointing – Repeated Mistakes with No Accountability

I really wanted to like Afsaana, but this has been one of the most frustrating and careless shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered a personalized bracelet as a special Eid gift — something sentimental that meant a lot. Not only did it arrive late, despite their guarantee to deliver before Eid, but they’ve now gotten it wrong three times in a row.

First mistake: They added a completely random name I never requested.

Second mistake: They ignored the design entirely and sent only one name.

Third mistake (most outrageous): They sent a bracelet with the wrong person’s name and in the wrong language, even though I had explicitly requested a very specific design in Urdu/Arabic.

I’ve contacted them multiple times, sent clear photos, and explained everything — yet they continue to “check with the production team” instead of taking responsibility. No urgency, no accountability, and no compensation offered for the repeated emotional letdowns.

I’ve ordered from this company before and trusted them, but this experience has completely destroyed that trust. I would strongly advise others not to rely on them for meaningful or time-sensitive gifts. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I shudder to think how they handle new ones.

Still waiting for a proper resolution — but based on how things have gone so far, I’m not holding my breath.

The customer service is not responding now to my emails. Do not buy from them. They claim to be going out of business because of the new tariffs. More likely the lack customer service. They would only respond to one email every 24 hours. My label printed May 4th and has still not shipped. I think I’ve lost my money and this is a scam.

To be honest i wish if i could give less than 1 star. I never experienced a horrible order like this before. I ordered a month ago and i’m still waiting, it’s not even shipped yet, they kept giving me excuses and after they refunded me 20% they stopped replying to my emails. Really disappointed and it’s an absolute SCAM.

I strongly advise you NOT ORDER from Afsaana if you want TO SHIP TO SAUDI ARABIA!! The delivery service they are using is beyond awful! No tracking number, no reaching out, no information!

I placed an order on 31st March, 2025, paid an additional fee to expedite delivery, and it's been 11 days and I still haven't received any email updates on the shipment; I emailed them twice (once through the website and again via personal email) - no response to date, whereas I still get those damn newsletter emails from them but NOTHING for the concerned email. After reading the reviews here, I believe I will not be receiving it any time soon. Thank you for providing misleading information while placing the order.

hey afsaana, i do not want your “im sorry to hear your bad experience..” type of reply, i placed my order and ii was told i would receive it in 8-12 days, i reached out via email and got a response where it only said you need 6-8 business days, well it has been 14 business and my order apparently is still being “hand crafted” and not shipped out. i have send multiple emails about asking for a refund since you have not sent me my order and still no reply. if you cannot handle to open a business and actually deliver orders as your aee supposed to, literally dont.

It's been over a week since I placed my order and I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Despite this, I haven’t received any updates. At the time of purchase the estimated delivery date was 4th April but I’ve received neither the item nor a tracking number suggesting it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. My advice to others is if you're thinking of ordering a gift, make sure you do it at least 1 or 2 months in advance. Otherwise you risk being let down and disappointing the recipient as well.
Also don’t bother reaching out via email they won’t respond! I can see they do respond to reviews on trustpilot but have been ignoring their customers email. Just shows where their priorities are.

Faster than I expected! It came exactly on eid which is amazing. The quality is also really good and its a beautiful and simple piece.

I have sent numerous reminders to afsaana and they come back with the same line that they are sorry about the delay. My order has been pending since 11th Jan. It’s getting to 2 months and I have lost hope in getting the item back. They have done nothing to gain my confidence in them and have not mentioned a refund so I presume this company is a scam and should be reported. How can you make a customer wait for 2 months?.

Awful customer service. Bracelet arrived damaged because it wasnt packaged properly. Requested a replacement over 2 months ago and emailing them almost every week - still nothing. Avoid this brand by all means!!

I purchased an anklet for my wife for her birthday.
The size when she tried it on was incorrect, it is too small. So I decided to contact afsaana and ask if they can either modify it in a timely manner, or process me with a refund.
This has been going on for nearly two months, since the first of February 2025 which was when I sent my first email.
Situation now is that I am getting no responses, I have sent three emails this month of march and I'm still waiting for a for an update and quick resolution. I am writing this on trust pilot so then other customers don't make the same mistake, and it is publicly aware how poor the customer service is.
Courtesy as a people focused business you should provide your customers with an update and a prompt response.
It is very bizarre that when I ask for a refund or an update no response is given, there is no way of communicating with the customer service team of afsaana apart from a generic email address, there is no contact number and although the business is posting on Instagram they seem to not reply on email.
Afsaana if you do come across this review of mine, please do respond to my email regarding a refund.
