I previously ordered a custom tennis bracelet for my wife for xmas and just purchased a matching tennis necklace. Both items are absolutely beautiful. (pink sapphire/diamond) We had a small issue with the bracelet (stone fell out) which was addressed easily and immediately. Their customer service skills are all you would want from a jeweler. They are prompt, courteous and accommodating. I saw someone wrote "I have a guy". I feel the same way. I highly recommend. You will go back. So will I!

Avoid Davizi Jewels. I bought my wife a diamond bracelet, and in just 7 months two diamonds fell out. Robert Davydov, the manager, first said I could pay for repairs, then lied about not being able to reach his boss, only to later offer a partial credit. I refused—this is a defective product. I’ve lost all trust, and they still won’t give a full refund. Poor quality, dishonest communication, and zero accountability.
