I'm Simon from Pretoria ID8504115461082 the problem is i paid the activation fee which is 580 last month but I still haven't received my phone try to call but no answer it feels like this campany is not legit

This company deducted money out of my account without permission or contract verbal or paper. This is a total scam, im busy with a attorney to take them to court. Have already made a case at SAPS, waiting on investigation to take place

They deduct my money and I didn't get any sms from pargo and when I call no one answered the phone even on WhatsApp no one replied what kind of company is this I haven't received My phone even know

Block my device even payment are up to date 4 months now and can't get hold of them

Africa Mobile service is poor people better make the right choice since i have a phone from them i cant use it its been locked but my account is up to date and i never remove the sim card as directed on their contract to my surprise i wake up to a locked phone with no reasons therefore ive tried calling but no answer and i also sent them WhatsApp and emails but no respond from them people please be sure and do not buy devices from Africa Mobile .

Is a scam they are busy debiting my money but I don't have access to phone is locked and I don't owing them I tried to call and sending emails watsup no one is responding.i decided to visit the office Krugersdorp Cosmos mall security told me that there's no shop or office here . He said every day people's come and looking for them .my advice don't try this you will cry and no one will be responsible if you need phone go straight to the store not Africa mobile

this is the most unethical inconsiderate company ever, how you are still open lord only knows, I applied for a cellpone contract in january, you only debited my account end of feb, its now the 13th of march and i still cant ge hold of you to find out when im getting my cellphone, and no you cant reverse the R900 you deducted

First my device was sent 600km away from me luckily I made a plan as to get it then you cant get hold of them and then my debit order did not go throu the next mont I made payment manually received a message they got payment and my device is still locked now 1week going and still no response from them on phone whatsapp or email poor poor service should be closed down

My application took 1 week in total.I was skeptical at first but I got my new Samsung today at Clicks in George.Dont know what you guys are doing wrong

I'm applied for a phone my debit order went off and still haven't received my phone when I got hold of them they keep sales manger is busy can't talk and they will send an email to admin . I'm on a point of going to see my lawyer . I'm over it and just want them to keep there side on a binded contract as they would like you to.

They have debited my account now since November 2023 of R567.65 (thats 4 months) and i didnt order anything. i have tried to get my money back and still nothing.

I applied for a contract in November 2023. Never heard from them until they debited my account end of January 2024. I did not receive a phone and I canceled the direct debit however I am unable to contact them regarding my refund. The phone only rings. Whatsapp line is dumb like them as well. If someone can call me to process my refund on 0679689053.

Regardless of ample online comments of this company being **** artists I still took our a contract in January. My payment went off last week on the 1st of Feb and as of yet I still haven't received my cell phone?! I want a refund of my cell phone. Nobody is answering the phone. I've been phoning all week

Thus company debited my account for a cell phone contract I took out in January 2024.
I ve been trying to contact them on landlines no answer. Emails and whatsapp no reply.
I ve now stopped debit order as this company seems to be a scam.
I urge all ppl not to take items from this company at all.

Hello am a very angry customer this compony is a scam, I took a phone with them four months back the phone has been working nicely untill January they locked this phone its been a month now this phone is locked yrt they keep deducting money from my account each and evry month this month they took 558 Rands on the 27 of January but their phone is locked I sent emails I called them everyday for four weeks now they dnt call back or respond to any of my calls or whatsapp text this is unacceptable I require response today, anyone who knows their offices so I can take the phone back to them and get my money or anywhere I can report this issue.
