After much hassle convincing the water…
After much hassle convincing the water company that our outside tap water usage has reduced to virtually zero following mass usage by a builder prior to the transfer to us, the water company has accepted reality. From the consumers point of view 'who does what' within the water company is of no consequence and estimates by machines is of no interest. Finally a real person has the sense to correct giant bills to real circumstances. Thank you.

After a bit of confusion over domestic or business on my behalf I got through to a very helpful lady and thing progressed easily from there . I have been kept informed and that makes life easier when planning for other things . Very happy with services .

Great customer service
Great customer service. Very easy to deal with, keep the process very simple and straightforward. All the advisers there are very helpful, not had any issues yet and dealt with a few different departments. Happy i decided to join them and combine my water services with them.

Update: Action since my initial review has caused me to downgrade it. The people remain pleasant enough - just incompetent.

I would like to say a big thank you to Alex Newman of Affinity Water for going above and beyond.
For months we have been in receipt of bills from Castle Water. Each time we receive a bill I call them to tell them we do not own, rent, or have any connection with the address on the bill, not now or in the past. The people at Castle Water were very unhelpful and they kept insisting that right or wrong our name was on the bill and HAD to pay it! Then to add insult to injury Castle Water passed the bill to a debt collection agency. I rang the debt collection agency and they told me that I had to contact Affinity water as they hold the data base that Castle Water use. Eventually yesterday I had the good fortune of having my call answered by Alex. He listened to me carefully and immediately understood what the problem was. He took ownership of the situation and rang around all the various department. I was 40 minutes on hold but he kept coming back to me with updates of his progress. Then finally he came back to say our name had now been removed from the account and he had also cancelled the erroneous bills.
Alex I can't thank you enough for your help. Your a star
