Excellent Response - thank you. When I originally phoned I was given the option of waiting or you would phone me back when someone was available, which was great and I wish other companies could follow suit.
Since then, your follow up actions have been so much quicker than all the others I am having to deal with at the moment.

slow responses and still waiting.
We took over a business 24th August and the most trying thing I've had to do is organise paying for the water. Emails sent to me (dear Pauline) - not my name! I have tried on numerous occasions to get a bill!!! I want to pay - Affinity get on with it.
