Affiliated Utilities helped us save a huge amount of money. We had a fairly unique situation at our hotel, taking over from the previous owners with a brand new company, and it created real complications with our utility contracts. Other brokers we approached wrote our case off immediately. Fiona at Affiliated Utilities went above and beyond, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and managed to backdate contract rates over several months before moving us onto a new contract. 10/10 service. Utility companies must dread seeing an email from her land in their inbox.
