Brilliant support from Leython throughout. Easy to access help and Leython was really knowledgeable.

It has been a really positive experience working with Experienced Energy Solutions. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful — even when just transferring calls — and they never make you feel like you’re just a number. Their personal touch is a refreshing change from other brokers we’ve used previously.
In particular, Jack Blair‑Burke, Business Development Manager, has been fantastic to work with. He’s friendly, approachable, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. He explains everything calmly and clearly, and wherever possible takes over any issues so I don’t have to worry. His support has made the whole process much smoother. I feel very lucky to be able to put my trust in Jack.
Ty Bracey, Customer Service Lead, has also gone above and beyond. His support, responsiveness, and willingness to help have been invaluable and really reinforce the high level of customer care throughout the business.

Experienced Energy installed solar panels to our Scout and Guide Hall. Lucy and her team were amazing. The install went like clockwork, with great respect shown to users of the surrounding area, and everything was left immaculate. Since the summer the team have been quick to respond to any issues. We're also delighted in the reduction in our electricity bills !

We have been dealing with Jack Blair-Burke who has reviewed our energy providers over 2 different sites. He listened to our priorities and sent quotes accordingly along with options which we would not normally have considered.
We now have all 4 contracts in place and looking forward to seeing the savings.
