Whilst Gerald Albert was very kind, the background noise on the call made it difficult to hear what was being said at times.
I feel this unnecessarily lengthened the call by 10-15 minutes!

I had my annual review with a very kind gentlemen called Abdul, he was very patient with me and very good at explaining the bits I was confused about. He really did make me feel so at ease, finances are hard and sometimes quite intimidating but Abdul make sure I was ok at all times throughout the phone call.
