Excellent service
My order was promptly delivered but was not the shade I had expected. Khalid was extremely helpful and sent swatches for me to select from which turned up within 24 hours of the mistake being logged. I now have the correct material. Speedy and helpful service. Always use the swatch service - as the company advise - as the lighting/photography is not always spot on. The service, however, is.

Awesome service and fabric
Awesome service! I got a free swatch, which ended up being exactly what I needed, so I ordered, and received my fabric the next day! Plus.. they were really quick to respond to me and change the delivery method as Evri is useless in our area. Super helpful, great price, and great fabric. Thank you!

From the time I placed my order to receiving my order the company sent emails to let me know at what stage my order was at. everything arrived and place satisfactory! shed went together ok, only minor issue was the Instructions could be explained a little better. the screws were sized but the timer could also with being sized on the plans so you dont spend ages trying to find the correct part. other than that I am really happy with the product.

brilliant customer service
