A.D. Williams repaired my van very quickly after an accident with someone going into my wing they picked it up my van at the time and day they said they would repaired it I brought it back to My Address, very pleased with the work would highly recommend

AD Williams provided a high standard of service. Alex took considerable time and showed great care in helping me choose the best solution for repairing my car. They delivered the repaired vehicle on the promised date, and the complimentary valeting was a nice touch. When I noticed a couple of minor issues after the repair, they promptly took responsibility and resolved everything to a high standard. Their driver, Gerry, was very courteous, making the delivery process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

My whole experience with AD Williams from start to finish was amazing. My car was in for a week, they were so quick! I had a courtesy car and even when that had a flat tyre they came straight over and sorted it out for me. The office staff are so friendly and helpful and honestly I wouldn’t even know now I’d had a fight with a bush, the repair job is perfect! 100% recommend, don’t take your car anywhere else.

My car went here after a third party drove into me. They had the car 2 weeks for quite a minor repair. The allow wheel paint is dreadfull, not impressed at all, it's very lumpy. It's had a new tire put on and I've had the car back a week and already I've had to put air in it 3 times as it's keeps going down. The day it was delivered back it was sitting at 25psi. There is a small dent which was caused by the accident, I showed the person all the damage when they picked it up. When the car was given back I noticed the dent and the bloke just shrugged. I also think the rear wheel is slightly out of position, I was assured after emailing the company that if a wheel is damaged then they carry out wheel alignment. There was nothing in the document to say wheel alignment was carried out. So I am going to have to pay to get the wheel alignment done for peace of mind. Partly my fault for saying I was happy with the repair. I didn't want to refuse the repair for the small dent as I really wanted my car back, however after noticing the alloy wheel and the issue with the tire I'm kicking myself for not complaining at the time.

Very happy with the repair and the car was returned within three days, which was quicker than I expected.

A very good repair to my Skoda.

I unfortunately hit a large deer and sustained quite a bit of damage to my golf. One quick form filled in online resulted in ADWilliams phoning me to arrange the repair. I was able to drop the car off at my convenience, and they carried out an excellent job in very good time. At each stage of the repair, they texted me a ‘progress wheel’ stating the % completion. When it was ready, they delivered the car to my work and drove my courtesy rental away. All round, an excellent job. I highly recommend ADWilliams in Copthorne.

1989 Austin mini front end repair. Plenty of communication throughout the whole process. Made me feel very involved. My car is a classic car so there were some unique aspects to the repair which I was always consulted on. I was regularly invited on site to see progress/confirm paint choices.

Vehicle collected and returned at times promised. Driver Mark had a good personality and gave us the belief that all would be done correctly. The actual repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. Car returned valeted inside and out very pleased. Paul & Lynds
