We bought a turbo and actuator. Actuator was the wrong part. They corrected the issue and immediately sent the correct part out. Truck is back up and running! Thanks Daniel and Adam!!

If you purchased a new turbocharger and received an overhauled or remanufactured unit — especially more than once — that is understandably frustrating. The difference between new OEM and rebuilt turbo units is significant, particularly for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications where reliability is critical.
At Advanced Truck Parts, product condition should always be clearly represented and matched correctly during fulfillment. If the wrong unit type was shipped, we take that seriously and would want to review both the listing and the warehouse fulfillment process immediately.
