Today I had a hygiene cleaning and two tooth fillings done by Dr. Satwinder and her assistant Sherin, and I’m honestly amazed. I didn’t need any anesthesia and I didn’t feel anything at all. To be honest, I thought one of the fillings hadn’t even been done yet that’s how painless it was until I realized they had already completed both fillings.

Dr. Satwinder and Sherin were extremely gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole visit. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I left as the receptionists have no manners, failed to listen, over talking and are quite condescending. Especially Noor. He manger is equally as incompetent. You are over charged at private appointments yet there is nothing private about the appointment apart from the cost. Poor organisation and very poor time keeping. I left this dental surgery again. There was a reason I left the first time. I won't be paying my hard earnt money to such awful practice. I called gor a refund that took me over X4 calls only to get through to a receptionist with lack of knowledge but wanted to argue with me all because I asked her her name. Manger thinks this is part of data protection. Absolutely ridiculous. I requested a refund and receipt. Only to be told they cannot email me the request. The basics. We're in 2025 absolutely pathetic. Hence I left and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE.

Save your money and time and go elsewhere where!

I been waiting for a practice to allow me to registre for almost 3 years after countless emergency appointments where they did nothing and the pain kept gowing I starting to become addicted to cocodamol, I recently moved to London and I found advance dental care but the start of the practice is Dr Hewitt Yao he has treated all the molars that need fixing not only that he referred me to a specialist for a root canal and a extraction of a wisdom tooth every session he has done his best to help me recover my molars and not just remove them, most dentist should have his ethics and ways of work I am so surprise by how caring he is that I couldn’t stopped thinking on how do I thank him so that’s why I am writing this review because if there’s a doctor who deserves one is him, Advance Dental Care Hounslow DR Hewitt you won’t regret it that’s my own personal warranty!

Long waiting time at all times .

I tried to cancel my appointment due to a medical emergency on the day and they took me off the list .

Rude reception staff, dismissive and disrespectful, lacking customer service .

The dentist’s themselves are very good but whoa behold should you need an emergency appointment “they can never fit you in” within a reasonable time frame. Been coming here over 20 years and have NEVER fit me in for emergency appointments , so I have now gone elsewhere……very disappointed

I saw the hygienist at this practice, I only had 12 teeth in my mouth, she spent approximately 20 minutes on three of the teeth and the reminder of the 10 minutes on another three teeth at a cost of £60 per half hour.
Quite appalling she was so slow you can see she was doing the minimum amount of work so that you have to come back and pay more to do the other teeth.
I also had a bad experience with their Sudanese dentist so I want be coming back in a hurry to this practice hence one star.

Dr Alham Ali was very polite and welcoming. She was very thorough with the dental examination and then with the hygienist dental procedure. She explained the procedures she performed. I am very pleased with the service I received from her.
