Terrible experience with ADSS Trading.

Customer service agents seem untrained and unable to answer basic trading questions. The only time they are active is when they want you to deposit more money.

Account managers made big promises to convince me to increase my investment, but once I did, communication dropped drastically. Getting any response became difficult.

Overall, it feels like the focus is only on getting more money from clients, not actually supporting them.

Very disappointing experience be careful before investing with ADSS Trading.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform.
During the CME outage, the spreads became abnormally wide and the market was unstable — causing direct losses on my trades. These conditions were completely outside my control.

What shocked me the most was the company’s response. Instead of acknowledging the impact of the outage and taking responsibility, they dismissed my case and claimed everything was “normal.” This is unacceptable.

A reliable trading platform should protect its clients during major disruptions, not blame them. The lack of accountability, transparency, and support says a lot about how this company treats its traders.

I am officially escalating my complaint and will continue to warn other traders about my experience. Traders deserve better than this.

تجربتي مع هذه المنصة كانت سيئة للغاية.
أثناء عطل CME صار فيه سبريد غير طبيعي وسوق مضروب بالكامل، وهذا أدى إلى خسارة صفقاتي بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتي.

المفاجأة الكبرى كانت رد الشركة. بدل ما يعترفوا بالمشكلة ويتحملوا مسؤوليتهم، رفضوا طلبي وكأن الأمور كانت “طبيعية”! هذا الكلام غير مقبول نهائيًا.

المنصة المفروض تحمي المتداولين وقت الأزمات، مش تلومهم وتتهرب من المسؤولية. غياب الشفافية والدعم يعكس طريقة تعاملهم الحقيقية مع العملاء.

قدّمت شكوى رسمية، ورح أستمر بتنبيه كل المتداولين عن تجربتي معهم. المتداولين يستحقون منصة أفضل من هذا.

As discussed i had kept sell stop for 4 lot usd cad at price 1.36680 dated 25/06/24 and it open without my permission different level 1.36242 attached both screen shot, please reimburse my amount and profit now its showing 1000% loss i had emailed also plz solve this problem today,once they sort out my issue i will delete post

They screwed me like anything with massive swap , i 3nd up with huge looses do your research before choosing

They make a point they will eat retail clients account whatever be the size. Its an agenda within the company. Also they talk about Crypto. Once you go into negative, the only thing u can do is close the position at a a loss... cant average nor hedge. Anyway management works very hard to meet their targets to wipe off customer accounts.

Very High Server Slippage, more than 35 PIPS each trade, once you trade on high volatility market. Which is disaster, TP will trigger on right value as commanded but SL can slip towards 20 to 35 PIPS depends on ADSS server frequency. if you trade a bigger lot size than be ready for heavy loss even you apply SL cos it will not trigger on commanded value instead it will trigger on server slippage value automatically ultimately which is guaranteed loss.

once you address the issue to ADSS management they say there is no solution on this matter since it depends on server so we should keep bearing losses. not recommended at all.

As an experienced trader, I appreciate the advanced charting tools available on MT4, plus the wide range of instruments I get to trade. I have been automating my trades for a while now with FIX API - with a pretty good success rate.

As a Muslim, I selected a no-swap account, but after a few months, the swap fees were imposed. I called them, and they informed me that the exchange was only temporary until it became permanent. Not to mention the high spread.

I enjoy trading with ADSS’ trading platform because of how easy it is to access different markets and different from one simple account. You can easily switch between on markets without any additional fees.

I have been trading stocks for a while now. I have bad experience with my previous trading platforms. When i registered with ADSS, things became better. The platform is user-friendly. You can just navigate through the platform easily and swiftly. I was also able to trade in a variety of stocks through the platform, I like that there is a variety of stocks I can invest in.
