Had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this cleaning company, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

During the clean, the cleaner wiped the wall as asked but ended up scrubbing off the paint, causing visible damage. As a result, my landlord charged me £50 for repairs. When I raised this with the company, they completely denied any responsibility. Rather than investigating or offering support, they shifted the blame entirely onto me which I found extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.To cite “We are not accountable for mouldy walls” If a cleaner doesn’t know how to use products without damaging the surface, that should be the company’s responsibility.

To make matters worse, the cleaner failed to leave the keys where she had been clearly instructed, which caused additional complications with my landlord. She also vacated the property before the clean had been accepted or any proof had been reviewed, and later admitted this herself. Because of that, I was left without any solid follow-up evidence, which again led to serious issues and financial penalties on my end.

Their exact response included:
“Tram did as much as she could in the set time she had at such short notice. She also asked you questions and you seemed happy at the time with everything. All the keys were put in a basket and proof has been provided. We did say that you should really be at the property to inspect it, you didn’t want to attend. There is a limit of what our cleaners are able to do for the so little money paid out for this deep cleaning service.”

I find this response deeply unprofessional. Whether or not I was physically present does not excuse damaging the property. If you are offering a professional cleaning service, your staff should know how to clean walls without stripping paint it’s not a question of cost, it’s about using appropriate methods and taking care. Blaming the client for not being there and implying that the low price justifies poor results is completely unacceptable.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to address these concerns seriously made this entire experience incredibly frustrating.

I would definitely recommend this company Rodney did a great job with our carpets last week. The carpets were so dirty but after he cleaned they looked brand new .Thank you so much.

I use them at least twice a week for my holiday let’s. Good attention to detail, efficient, excellent communication and flexible.

I was looking for a Cleaning Service and although ADS Cleaning is on-line they do communicate very well and efficiently. They have a very friendly manner and once we had overcome the requirement for an Invoice everything went smoothly. We now have Vicky looking after the House and so far, so good and on that basis I would recommend their Service.

Clean was adequate and good value for money. However, was not a deep clean as requested. I would still use this service again for regular cleaning,

My home not quite finished with regard to decorating etc after having moved four months ago. Consequently keeping it clean in the interim has been difficult for my cleaner.

Most of my cleaning duties have been done well and thoroughly, those some cleaning needs to be a little better than it is at the moment. That said, any suggestion handed out, the chores gets done as I like them.

The company itself is quick, with good communication skills and happy to change work times to suit me. I am very happy overall with them.

Very Professional n friendly staff . Highly recommend them .
