I ordered and was given tracking over a week ago, tracking returns a unrecognisable number. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for an update to which I’m yet to get a response from!

Fake products
Fake products, bought what I they advised as Peter John roth face cream but got a fake counterfeit rubbish cream. The bristles from the brush came off on my face, totally crap, as is the cream, crappppppppp.
They refunded my money, so thanks for that.

I ordered some firming cream
I ordered some firming cream, after reading some reviews i was worried it would not arrive however, im pleased to say it arrived very quickly with in post, i also had it redirected to an inpost locker. The tubes of cream looks lovely and i am looking forward to trying it.

I have been waiting ages on this product, then I get an email saying my parcel has been delivered but nothing had arrived. I have sent an email to them but have heard nothing back. I am very disappointed and angry. Don’t order from them it’s a scam.

The whole process of selecting the product, making payment was so easy.
Then I was able to track the parcel , which was a bonus and then on the day of delivery I received an email confirming the time slot when I could expect the parcel.
I chose for the parcel to be left in a safe place and was delivered safely.
